Best Air Duct Cleaning in Columbus OH

The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

The water main broke on a Saturday, flooding my basement.  I phoned another business I have used in the past and they could not come until Monday afternoon, when they could send an estimator.  Mind you, I would be without water until they could come out.  Fortunately I was given the name of Emergency Plumbing Service and when I called I was quoted a price and they came out immediately and fixed the broken line.  They were also very reasonable!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price!

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Highly recommend- I contacted them for a city issue that needed immediate attention. Not only did they come out quickly but fixed at a reasonable rate and did a great job! Would definitely be using them again for any needs. Thank you!

As it relates to Brian Stafford plumbing, we have had excellent experiences with their services. Specifically Tyler, who is both proficient and professional! We have had Tyler take care of our plumbing issues on a number of occasions and know we are in competent hands when he comes to the door. So...great work Tyler! I called and made an appointment for the next day, because I live in Westerville and I took day off. No one showed up at 10a, so I called and no one answers. I called again 15 minutes later and nothing. I got a call later in the day, snd they said how sorry they were. It's a little late now I said. I called someone else.

This company is a joke. Providing very poor work. They dont follow code. Employees walking around job sites high out if their mind. If I could give negative stars I would. I would recommend going to any other business but this one. You dont get what you pay for even if they are the cheapest.

Austin is fantastic! Fixed our dishwasher in a timely manner. Even came out the same day we requested service. Will definitely reach out in the future.

I used Atlas Butler for numerous repairs, but found that the same type of repairs were done for much less with other Columbus heating and cooling companies. I received a quote for a new system and it was 30% higher than other quotes I received.  Also, I notice other comments on this site regarding their so-called contract.  I never signed a membership contract but they insisted that I had to pay for a complete year per the contract which I never agreed to or was notified. Not a good business practice in regards to their membership, and repairs are very pricey.
