We called Affordable Plumber to get a quick estimate on two items (pipe leak and water pressure) after an inspection.  Patrick squeezed us into his schedule the same day and address both items quickly.  Not only did he fix both items but explained what the issue was and what he was doing each step of the way!   He was polite, efficient and friendly! Hands down this is the best experience we've ever had with a plumber!  Highly recommend!!!

Jacob at Purple Mountain Plumbing reinstalled several sinks after we had new counters installed. He kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive. He worked quickly and was kind and professional. His prices were reasonable. I highly recommend hiring this company for your plumbing needs.

Sadly I called them multiple times over 6 a month period of time. I want to use this company for their reviews and like to support former military. My experience has been terrible. On 3 separate call backs of my initiative, I was told they would look into that lack of response and get back to me. In 6 months and a dozen calls with no action, I'm no longer interested in a company that 3 times tells you over the phone they will look into the problem and get back to me but instead goes silent. Was trying to give them business but apparently, they are not interested. That's fine but please give me the courtesy of a call and explanation.

Eric did a phenomenal job! He answered my questions. He was nice and polite. He helped make sure that we were comfortable with our services. Will definitely use him again! So glad that we have hot water now for our shower! Would definitely recommend him to my friends!!

This company has quick response time and has the most professional employees in the Springs. I have had been treated with exceptional respect from the moment I called to get a  quote to the time the the technician showed up at my home. Thank you for your amazing service and prompt response time!  My husband and i had the  pleasure of meeting the owner and her husband and were impressed by both their genuine concern for our  overall satisfaction.
