Best Plumbing Inspection in Colorado Springs CO

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water.  John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves.  The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.  

He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, and we bought the sinks, faucets, toilet, and shower hardware from Dahl. Excellent customer service with no pressure. Fair prices, great communication, everything arrived on time as promised. Next home improvement that involves plumbing, we're going back to Dahl.

I was referred to Bill's Plumbing by another Plumber who didn't have the right equipment to unclog the main sewer line from my crawl space. From the beginning it did not go well. I called right away and left a voicemail explaining the problem and that I shouldn't use water because sewage was spilling in the crawl space under my home. I'd asked for service that day or the next day, which is what the other Plumber had said to ask for. After a couple of hours when no one had called, I called back and it went to voicemail again. After another hour I called back and finally got through. The receptionist sounded quite uninterested in anything, to include her job or concern for the customer. She told me the earliest someone could come was 2 days later. On the day of my appointment, Mike came and said he'd have to come back with an assistant to help. He told me to have a restoration place come and clean the sewage and gave me another referral. I specifically asked if I should have them come to clean after he was done with the main line, he said it would be best to have them come on that day to get it done before he came back the next day. I called Executive Pro, they were great and came out the same day. The next day Mike and another man came back, I was at work, so they were able to do their work without me there and call me to pay over the phone when they were done. Mike called and told me that I'd need to have the restoration company come back because more sewage had spilled while the unclogged it. I was floored and reminded him of our conversation the day before. He didn't really care, plus there nothing I could do at that point. To top things off, when I got home, they didn't bother to clean my floor after themselves. They'd tracked mud or who knows what from the crawl space on my floors. I've never had a professional company leave my home dirty from their mess. I'll NEVER use or refer this company to anyone. I also told the Plumber who referred me to them so hopefully he won't refer them either. I added a photo online also to show my floor, it was nasty...

I recommend Clean and Camera. I watched Trent clean and removed the roots on camera, and i had plenty.  He explained what he was doing as the process was going.  Very knowledgeable. He wasn't in a hurry.

Sunday evening catastrophe struck when we realized that a pipe had burst in our basement guest bedroom flooding our wet bar and guest room. Between the shuffle of 20 different calls and companies with a bunch of quotes we were overwhelmed. 2 companies quoted us $800-1,100 to replace the piping and get everything fixed. This is out of pocket not including our deductible to insurance and whatever other out of pocket costs.

BPR responded immediate Monday morning and got here within 2 hours. Not only that but they did the repair for 1/3 of the price that other companies quoted me. Honestly can't thank them enough for the fast repair and fantastic communication.

CJ's was quick to respond, thorough in their assessment and repair, and great with follow up. All that and very reasonable in their charges for the service provided at short notice. We had a plumbing problem in the kitchen that went undetected for a bit. The house was unoccupied for a couple months. Turned out to be multiple leaks that they found and quickly fixed. Very happy we found them and I'd both use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for help.

Terry showed up on time...was very polite & explained everything that he inspected.  We were selling our home so we needed our invoice detailed out a little more to provide to the new buyer. He gave an exceptional write-up detailing what was done/inspected.

I am so grateful for the fast, efficient and friendly service I received today from B & L.  I am a first time home owner and have only been in my new place for a few months.  The master bath toilet wouldn't flush and then the guest bath toilet wouldn't flush and the next thing I knew there was water pouring out of a fan in the powder bath on the first floor.  I called B & L at 11 pm on a Friday night more or less hysterical and Sherry picked up the phone.  She was very calm and courteous.  She told me the water would probably stop soon given my description of events and to not use any more water on the second floor.  She told me she could get someone out the next day and offered to save the spot if I couldn't get someone to come out overnight.  I called her first thing in the morning and she set up Jeremy to come out.  He was prompt, arriving in the 2 hour window she set, and he called to let me know when he was on his way and would be there.  He wore a mask and I had shoe covers for him to wear since the carpet is new but he didn't hesitate to just take off his shoes and was very courteous and polite.  He explained everything, was thorough and was very skilled at troubleshooting the issue as it ended up being a kind of complex problem.  I was so lucky as a first time home owner with my first plumbing issue to have ended up with Jeremy from B & L.  He was honest, cleaned up everything he had to take apart for the repairs, gave some tips on prevention and I felt like the pricing was more than fair.  I was very nervous about getting taken advantage of and my experience was fortunately the complete opposite.  I felt like Jeremy was trustworthy, kind and genuinely wanted to help.  Thank you again for being so amazing in what felt like a desperate situation to me. I will be using B & L for any future plumbing needs and will request Jeremy.

Had a man with this logo on his truck try to run my daughter and I off highway 24 today, and thought it was funny. Are these they type of people you guys are? It's rather unfortunate because my business is with property managers that are always looking for GOOD natured vendors. I would never refer thus business after this morning. Shame on him.

Buyer beware!  You can find a better plumber that is honest and will do the job you hired and paid them to do
