I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation!  If you want an honest company call them!!!

Scott at Bear Creek was awesome. Took a quick look, figured out the problem and fixed it right away. Quick & easy...gotta love that.

My sewer line needed to be snaked and my home warranty company dispatched Travis with Parker Plumbing to do the job. He came out right away & got there before the scheduled time which was awesome! We have used Cornerstone Plumbing for a few different things now and each and every time they have been prompt, professional, and thorough. They replaced our water heater, the anti-siphon valve and a busted pipe from our hose line, as well as minor maintenance calls from within the house. Tony, the plumber who performed the work each time, is always on time, courteous and explains the work he does and does a fantastic job getting things done quickly and accurately. If you want an honest company who does great work, choose these guys!

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

We just purchase a house in Divide.  The dishwasher died and while we were trying to repair we noticed some very curious plumbing under the sink.  I called three plumbing companies and Altitude was the only one that called me back.  They sent a tech out the very next day.  Cole was polite, professional, and very competent.  He made suggestions and fixed the issue.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I value good customer service.  Cole made sure we were satisfied and asked for our future business. Trust me not enough companies do that. Altitude is my plumbing company going forward and I highly recommend them.

Called Bill's for a drain line blockage over the weekend and left a message.  Heard back from Amanda in the front office first thing on Monday. Devon called ahead of the appointment and arrived early. Had the right tools and know how to fix the issue quickly. Expected it to cost a fortune--I was shocked at how fair the price was. Will definitely call this business again.

My sump pump went out right when we got the massive 3 day rain, go figure. I found Pat onYelp and he was able to get over to my house within an hour and get it replaced. Very friendly, cares about the job he does and most importantly a local Castle Rock small business.

It finally decided to get hot so I turned on my air conditioner. It decided not to cooperate, so I needed to get someone to come out and take look at it. My neighbor had just used Talmich and said they were awesome so I gave them a call. They showed up this morning 5 minutes early, and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. He did not charge for anything we didn't need. He did not try to upsell. In fact he was apologetic for getting it done so quickly and asked if he would mind if he took a bit of time and cleaned my furnace. WHAT? Who does that? Amazing!

CJ's was quick to respond, thorough in their assessment and repair, and great with follow up. All that and very reasonable in their charges for the service provided at short notice. We had a plumbing problem in the kitchen that went undetected for a bit. The house was unoccupied for a couple months. Turned out to be multiple leaks that they found and quickly fixed. Very happy we found them and I'd both use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for help.

My kitchen faucet fell off and I could not turn the valves under the sink, so I had to turn off water to the entire house. Jacob arrived promptly, changed out the faucet and valves quickly, cleaned up the area well, and the price was reasonable. Pleasant and explained everything to me. He's my new go-to plumber.

Brandon came out to my house to help resolve an ongoing plumbing issue. The old main sprinkler shut off valve was permitting water to leak into the piping which I had blown out for the winter. In approximately 1 hour Brandon was able to get the new valve part and installed properly. All is perfect. There was no hard core upsale involved. Well done Brandon.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They hold a shop vac up to the vent cover and claim that's cleaning the vents and ducts. I got up to look at my vents and they were covered in dirt and dust. None of the vent covers had been removed. I had to spend time scraping paint out of the screws to the vent covers to even get them loose and then had to use a utility knife to cut around the vent cover to get them off. I had suspected that the job had not been done, there was still black dust on my counter tops, stove top, and bathroom vanity that was blowing out of the vents. There are 7 vent covers in my house, NONE OF THEM WERE REMOVED! I ended up with a respiratory infection from doing the job that Furnace Universe claims they did. I've reported them to the BBB. They make excuses as to why they didn't do the job correctly. There was never any equipment or brushes that were sent down the duct work to clean as they claimed they were going to do. Imagine if I were an elderly person with health problems and trusted that they did the job they were paid to do and never checked the vents. It sickens me how dishonest this company is about the job they are going to do. When contacted about horrible job, all they do is give excuses as to why they didn't do their job. The tech Eric claimed that he found out his brother had passed away just before he got to the appointment and thats why he didn't do the job properly. If that were the case then he should have called and said I've had a death in the family, im going to have to re-schedule, sorry for the inconvenience. It wouldn't have mattered because they didn't have the right equipment to do the job they promised. He said that he would give a refund, which we have yet to see because these guys are scam artists. Do not hire them! Please look at the photos after they cleaned it, this is what you're breathing in after they supposedly clean your vents and ducts.
