My sump pump went out right when we got the massive 3 day rain, go figure. I found Pat onYelp and he was able to get over to my house within an hour and get it replaced. Very friendly, cares about the job he does and most importantly a local Castle Rock small business.

Jacob at Purple Mountain Plumbing reinstalled several sinks after we had new counters installed. He kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive. He worked quickly and was kind and professional. His prices were reasonable. I highly recommend hiring this company for your plumbing needs.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company DOES NOT have a license or insurance. He WILL LIE to you and say he does. When questioned, he will tell you his 'sister company' does, which is NOT TRUE ETHER!! There is NO 'sister company' with his company associated!! I was lucky, that he didn't blow up my house after banging on my gas valve, trying to figure out what ' THAT' noise was!! He does NOT know what he is doing!!!

Came in for the first time looking for a small but very specific plumbing  piece to help my mom finish updating most of her things.  I did look up the piece online with a different retailer before we left.   I should have purchased it online and had it shipped for free but decided that a drive to Rampart to see what they had.  Well,  I should have just hit the button on the screen because the service was not what I expected at all.  We came in and there didn't seem to be that many people in the store maybe 5 or so other than ourselves but all of the employees were working on their computers.  We took a number and waited for the next person.  We got a clerk who was not very customer service oriented at all.  The computer terminal had all sorts of random emails and weird black pictures with sayings on them. Ok,  not very professional imo.  Prior to our transaction even being complete he was calling over someone else (another customer) to come have a seat.  We didn't even know if the transaction was complete because while we were still sitting there he randomly got up and started walking away, then over his shoulder he asked if we wanted a receipt???.. Ok I guess that was our clue to leave... no receipt, no thanks for shopping or have a good day.....so we we simply took our item and left.  We are renovating another home and I am purchasing a fixer up next month.  Won't be returning better customer service at big box stores and same price with free shipping online.
