Expensive...$100+ for replacement of the 50cent flap...next time not this vendor...no real honesty in this transaction

We were given advantages number from a property manager to come and fix a running toilet.  We called to have someone come install a parts we bought from Lowe's. The technician came and did a rush job in about 20 minutes and did not test to make sure it was good to go. After the tech left our toilet was still having issues so we called the tech back no later than 10 minutes after he left. He said he couldn't come back as he had to pick up his soon, ok. He said he would call us back the next day to come back and fix it---never happened! We placed a stop payment on the check until he returned to fix the problem. Never came back nor had the courtesy to call us back and schedule another time. We called the main shop and they were no help whatsoever. This is been weeks with no call back from the shop. The toilet still runs and was leaking at the handle causing leakage on the floor which in turn caused two water bubbles in my kitchen wall. Now I have damage inside my wall and more than likely the 4x4 or 4x2s behind the wall! SAVE YOUR TIME and MONEY! Call a plumbing company who will take ownership of their work and take care of the issue they first sought out to fix

This company has quick response time and has the most professional employees in the Springs. I have had been treated with exceptional respect from the moment I called to get a  quote to the time the the technician showed up at my home. Thank you for your amazing service and prompt response time!  My husband and i had the  pleasure of meeting the owner and her husband and were impressed by both their genuine concern for our  overall satisfaction. Great all around people! We will definitely be using this company in the future and be referring to all my friends and neighbors.  Hands down amaazing!

This is the best, by far, plumbing company I've used. The do have the $85/hr rate, but it was incredibly fair compared to some of the free estimates that I got. The guy got here on time and did quality work. I saw the review about the hourly rate being a little inflated, so I was worried when the guy Told me the lady back on the office would send me a bill. It was higher than I thought it would have been but still [significantly]!cheaper than the free estimates. All in all, if you need a job done, call Herman's. Just plan on about 20% higher than doing the calculation yourself.

I've been using Roto-Rooter for the last 14 years to keep the roots out of my line.  They're the best!  Craig is one of the most experienced techs they have and always does a great job, cleaning up afterwards.

They came in as the cheapest estimate for my septic pumping. They came out in a timely manner to me calling. Driver asked how to get closer to my tank I showed him the only way. After pumping he drove over my new concrete walkway and busted it up. No offer to repair or discount price even after I brought it up with the main number. I would not recommend this company based off their customer care and service.

Worst experience ever. Very rude behavior. They came in thru our home warranty company to fix a leaking Delta faucet.  Delta offers warranty only to the original purchaser, and I clearly told them I am NOT the original purchaser. Still they insisted I contact Delta to warranty the faucet. After a month of back and forth, I called Delta and admitted I am not the original purchaser.

Delta, as a one-time courtesy, sent me the replacement cartridge although I am not eligible for the warranty.

Pikes Peak Mechanical came over today to replace the cartridge. It was done, but they damaged the handle. Again they insisted that I call Delta to get a replacement handle. Why will Delta pay for their mistake? I'm now left with a damaged handle, not knowing who will fix it.
