Best Heater Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation!  If you want an honest company call them!!!

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water.  John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves.  The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.  

He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

We moved here after the big hail storm into a home that had immediate problems.  One of which was the non-working a/c unit. Everyone we called were either too busy to come for at least one week,  or didn't even bother to call me back. Jim, the owner of Caliber Services,  LLC stopped by at the end of his work day and had us up and running within 30 minutes! Fast, efficient,  friendly and reasonable.

We have used A Plus Sewer Drain and Plumbing on a few occasions. They are always prompt and trustworthy. In a industry where it is difficult to find good contractors, they always go they extra mile to be professional. We recommend them for anyone needing a plumber, will always use them.

Fast and amazing customer service! I called them today and told them about my sewage overflow. They got there with in 3 hours and fixed it!

My dad just moved into a new build house and three weeks into living there, all the drains in the basement stopped flowing. It was backing up the toilet, sewage flowed up the shower drain, and the sinks were clogged. Patrick came out at 8:30 pm, removed the toilet, snaked the main line, cleared the blockage, and replaced the toilet all without waking my baby who was sleeping 20 feet away.

Scott at Bear Creek was awesome. Took a quick look, figured out the problem and fixed it right away. Quick & easy...gotta love that.

I was very pleased with the communication and the work from St. Joseph Plumbing.  Rus Westfall arrived on time, after texting me that he was on his way, and he fixed an issue with waterflow in my bathroom sink and an outdoor faucet that was protruding too far from the house and leaking. He was personable, competent, efficient and trustworthy. I believed
I had another issue with the water main coming into the house, but Rus reported that all was well. And their prices are very reasonable. I would be happy to hire them again.

Joey is awesome! I highly recommend The Plumbing Detective. He was prompt to responding to my messages, very reasonably priced, efficient with his work and he even was able to help me the next day. Everything I needed done on my list from inspection was done in 2 hours. He was on time and didn't give me a window of arrival, instead he told me the time and was there at it. Like I said, I highly recommend.

This company reached out to us after doing a review of all the water heaters in a managed townhome community where some gas leaks were found in some of the water heaters.  They did this work on a complimentary basis.  Following the inspection, they reached out to the homeowners with very old water heaters that likely needed replacing, of which ours was one.  We had already had problems with ours and it was time to replace.  I called and was quoted a very competitive price.  Scheduling was prompt, they came out early to make sure the equipment quoted was correct for the space and the venting was also correct.   When they came, they noted another problem with an electrical part not related to the water heater, but arranged to fix that at no charge for anything except parts.
They arrived promptly for their scheduled date, installed everything to satisfaction, and cleaned up to the extent you could not tell they were there.  Also fixed the electrical problem.  Kept me informed along the way, and price was as quoted.
I think they did a great job and get 100 extra brownie points for being proactive .

Zero stars (I had to give it one star in order to post this review). We scheduled an appointment with Mission Plumbing & Heating for a small repair job under the sink in order to prepare for a new dishwasher.  My wife left work early just to be home in time to meet the plumber on schedule. He never showed up!  My wife tried calling him five times, leaving several messages, but never received a call back. Is this considered professional behavior?  We finally reached another plumber and were able to get the job scheduled.  Bottom line: if you want to be stood up even on a scheduled job, then take a risk on Mission Plumbing. Otherwise, avoid this company at all costs.  I wouldn't be disappointed to see this guy go out of business. You need to take care of customers if you expect to succeed.

I would not recommend this company!  I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr.  The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30.  He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor!  When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time.  I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time.  I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

Don't even bother with this company. Piss poor service, hard to get a hold of and will try to unauthorized stuff behind you and your home insurance's back!

These people went and claimed that they came out and inspected our water heater then went ahead to order parts without the insurance's approval. We informed the insurance that they did NOT come to the house and informed them that they told us that the water heater and parts aren't covered by the home insuranc. I called the home insurance and they had to call them. Lo and behold they were only going to replace the water heater.

They installed the water heater and did NOT put on the front panel to the water heater. So there are wires all exposed. They didn't even clean up the water mess either left behind after removing the old heater.

Now just to have them come back to put on the panel, they can't be reached by me nor the home insurance incompetency at its finest. Why are you in business?

I had a leaky kitchen sink that I had already fixed before Thomas (B&L plumber) showed up.  He checked as I requested, and said it looked fine.  He also secured my garden hose faucet in the garage with two screws since it was loose.  I also asked him to take a look at the toilet in my master bathroom; it would occasionally start running for no reason throughout the day and overnight.  Thomas said that it was leaking from the tank into the bowl (no external leakage) and that replacement parts for my nice Kohler toilet would exceed $525, and that he could replace it with another Kohler for $490.  Cool, saved me a few dollars, right?  

He  called someone to deliver a new toilet, and while that was being delivered, he removed my original toilet - did a very nice, clean job with no mess at all in the house, but at this point, I needed a new toilet since my old one had vanished into the truck.  The new toilet, when it arrived, was a lot smaller than my original Kohler, and it was NOT a Kohler toilet - it was a Sterling Windham toilet that looked like something that would be used in a grade school bathroom.   I checked on-line, and the same toilet was available at Lowe's for $99.  WHAT???  So, I called B&L to find out what was up with this.  [btw, Sterling is a Kohler subsidiary.  In 1984, Kohler Co. acquired Sterling for two reasons: it provided a foundation on which to build a mid-priced, full-line plumbing brand, and it gave Kohler entrée to sales through retail stores, a distribution channel that was beginning to grow rapidly.]

I spoke with Chelsea two days later (nice person, not rude at all, and trying to be helpful).  I had left a message the day after the install regarding the high pricing, and Chelsea called me back the following day.  She said that the toilet had been purchased from a plumbing supply house (she wasn't sure which one) and that it was a higher quality than the $99 toilet at Lowe's.  She made some references to brass/copper fittings vs cheap plastic that would be in the Lowe's version.  I asked for the name of the plumbing supply house so I could call and find out the cost of the toilet to B&L, but she wasn't sure which one and said that I would be happy with the toilet for years to come.  Thanks, Chelsea, for your help, but I really would like to know how much you guys paid for this toilet because I'm still not happy with the cost.

Overall, nice job by Thomas, the plumber who came to my house.  He called before he showed up, got here a little early, and spent about two hours, although at least 30 minutes of that was waiting on the toilet delivery.  Nice job by Chelsea over the phone, but she needed to provide a bit more information.  

Big Thumbs-Down for B&L pricing, which was extraordinarily high for a rather cheap toilet.  Until they can prove to me that my new toilet cost them more than $300, I'm not happy.  Really not happy.
