James was awesome! Typically when you're given a 2 hour window for a serviceman, you expect them to arrive on the later end. Not James- he was very punctual, polite, and got the job done quickly! Not only did he fix my kitchen disposal, but I had another issue come up while he was there, and he gladly fixed that as well. Highly recommend. Great service you can trust!

I hired Isaiah to install a level 2 charger in my garage.  He was quick to get out to my house to give me the most competitive quote.  When I asked him to come on Saturday he was very accommodating and came Saturday morning.  He has the outlet installed in less than 2 hours and he cleaned up afterward. Where do I begin? Dave and Norm went above and beyond expectations for us. Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning. Dave said the earliest they could be to our house was Sunday morning. They called and texted us Sunday morning at 9:00am. After we realized we had a high efficiency water heater they called one of their suppliers in the area to open their shop so they could get the correct one. The person never returned their call. They called another supplier in Denver, who said he could open his shop for them. They drove all the way to Denver to pick up the correct water heater! A lot of repair companies either aren't open on weekends or charge a large sum for weekend visits. They got back to our house and installed the water heater. For some reason the CO2 sensor wasn't working so they found out Home Depot sold it. They went and picked up a new sensor. After everything was said and done their Sunday started at 9:00 and didn't end until 7:30! They apologized several times for taking so long but we apologized for it being so cumbersome. They were professional, courteous and polite. They also offer a 10% military discount. We now have hot water! They also do electrical and HVAC repairs besides water heater repairs. We will definitely be using them again for next spring for our furnace and water heater maintenance.

Got a quote same day, and they came out the same day. Worked quickly and were very nice. Will have them back for work when we need it.

Edit: had another tech come out to evaluate. This new technician told me that the system was not even closed up properly when they left. Things were hand tightened. Looks like they weren't happy when I told them to stop all work. He also confirmed all my fears that I was being taken for a ride by fountain valley. Watch yourself with fountain valley, or at least educate yourself very well on HVAC, and stand by to monitor the work if you are going to hire them. It honestly seems like these guys were trying milk us for whatever they could.

Had these guys out to repair a condenser drain pipe leak, before the repair the ac was cooling the house just fine, and the condenser drain was having to be caught by a bucket. After the drain repair, the ac stopped working and was freezing over. They came back out after the system thawed and said that it was freezing over because it was low on refrigerant. I authorized the service to fill the refrigerant, and two hours later they call to say that that wasn't the problem, and that they'd have to take the system apart to find the issue, and that would take 5-6 billable hours x2 technicians, I felt like I was being unsold and taken for a ride considering the fact that apart from a little condenser frail leak, the system was running fine before the tech started working on it. I called them off and told them not to do anything else. Luckily the owner, after hearing my concerns agreed to not charge me for the last visit. Won't use fountain valley mechanical again, just don't feel like it was on the up and up.

The technician arrived on time and performed the work successfully. However, I had to do a considerable amount of drywall repairs after being told I would not. I was charged $800 for two hours of work. And, when I tried to question the amount, the office staff was condescending. For being voted Best in the Springs we either need better plumbers or the Best list is merely a popularity contest. Either way, not impressed and not using them again.

Called this place 4 months ago. It took them over a month to call back.  Then to add insult to injury the company just called today, months later, and said I guess we're playing  phone tag. If you really need a fast dependable service this is not the place to go.
