We had sewer problems.  We had 3 other plumbers come out and they all kept saying it was a city issue. The city came out and camera the sewer on their side and said no it is definitely on your property.  
We had another company telling us they would come to take care of the issue and after 5 days the said they couldn't get a permit because their certification was not up to date.  This was almost 2 weeks with out being able to use water in our home.
 So we called Killeen Plumbing and they came the next morning and later in the afternoon they started digging and found that our sewer line was collapsing. They worked till 8:00 PM because the said they would make sure we could use the water and facilities in our home. And they did an Awesome job.  
 I would highly recommend that you call this company.  The crew that work at our home were hard working and didn't stop till twe were able to use our water and facilities in our home.

Great service by Collin.  he was very nice and honest.  he took his shoes off and laid down a towel to keep the mess at a minimum.  He cleaned up after himself and was very informative and provided options.  He also reviews the other services and costs they offer.  I felt they were very accommodating and what they charged me was very fair for what they did.  I called the afternoon before and they were there within 24 hours.  I will definitely use them again!
