Best Kitchen Remodeling in Cleveland OH

Had some issues with an old dishwasher and was not sure if it was plumbing related or if it was just the age of the dishwasher. Buckeye plumbing sent Patrick out within hours of opening on a Monday morning. He thoroughly checked the plumbing around the dishwasher and determined it was not plumbing related. He was very kind. Although there was not a plumbing issue, I still had to pay a service call. I understood, because it is the cost of doing business. Patrick was apologetic bc he was at house for 5 minutes, but he still has to follow protocol as an employee of company. Again, I completely understood as I would want my employees doing the same thing. Ten minutes after Patrick had left, I got a call saying they were voiding the service call charge. As a homeowner who uses plumbing services quite a bit, I will definitely be calling them again. Service was great on front and back end!!

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element. After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink.

I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with.

The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

True professionals. These guys know what they're doing. I had a situation at my house that was complicated to say the least. The owner himself, Steve, came by and made sure the job was done right. I'd recommend them to anyone on the east side.

The plumber from Parma came to my home today and fixed a clogged bathroom sink and a broken high pressure toilet in the basement. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He got the job done quickly and reasonably. This is the second time I have used his services.  I am a widow and he didn't try to fix more than needed to be fixed. I will continue to use his services. Mr.Countertops made a custom white oak island and solid surface Countertops for my Kitchen remodel. Along with a gorgeous tile backslash, tile flooring, plumbing and a custom barn door to separate my kitchen and dining room. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped with picking samples and supplies.  I highly recommend them!

A couple of my neighbors recommended Litt's so I felt pretty good about having them redo my bathroom.

They were professional while the project was getting started.  They gave us reasonable options (cabinets, sink, colors, etc.).  The prices were OK.

I was initially happy with the work that Litt's did.  Then the shower surround started leaking.   The walls were installed incorrectly.   We found this out several months after the job was finished.  Unfortunately, since I didn't have another bathroom available at the time, the repair had to wait.  Aaarrgghh!

When Litt's finally did come to fix the problem, they chipped the shower surround and the grab bars.  We complained because the guy doing the drywall was doing a terrible job, so they sent out another, more conscientious, worker.  He finished the job and we are showering once again.

I have a feeling that if Litt's does the job right the first time, everything will be fine.  If anything goes wrong, bad things may happen.  Use caution.

I called this business when I came home to a situation, spoke to the owner who FaceTimed me and Walked me through troubleshooting the issue. He educated me and was able to resolve the issue, saving me time and $. He was definitely a talker !

My tenant in Lakewood Ohio had a low water pressure problem.  I sent out a plumbing quote request on Yelp and Anthony responded with 10min.  He went to the house around 3pm Cleveland and fixed the problem

job was scheduled for 3/25 8a or 830a.  

I called him around 03/22 and informed him toilet not working and read some reviews and they were positive.  Joe said he has Friday 3/25 open in the morning 8a-830a and he would be down then. On Friday 3/25 at 850a he still never showed up, so I called him. He said he was at another job that morning and that he mentioned that to me (he did not, liar)...... Long story short, he refused to come to do the job even after promising.  Basically Joe is very unprofessional, poor communication and a liar.  Do not use him, run!

Mobile home re-leveling, quoteed and scheduled, then ghosted me twice. Thanks for wasting my time!

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....
