Best Flame Sensor Repair in Cleveland OH

Geisel Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Plumbing Service
I needed a 10' outdoor gas line run for a future generator, and hired Geisel HVAC to do the work.
On Day 1, two technicians came from Geisel HVAC in Elyria (one did all the work and the second tech was a go-fer) they spent 1 hour trying to break loose the couplings on the gas meter. I was told to call Columbia Gas Co., and have them replace the meter. Columbia Gas replaced the meter and locked it out until the work from Geisel was completed.
On Day 2, Geisel worked for 5 hours, completing the pipe work and a leak check; they found a leak at the furnace gas valve. The furnace was installed (by them) 2 years earlier and was still under full warranty, and repair was completed. I called Columbia Gas to have them inspect and turn on the gas. Columbia Gas noted that the Geisel job failed to 1)install to-code a pipe sleeve through the house wall for the gas line, and 2)still needed to paint  the outdoor above-ground pipeline. So, the work was red-tagged, and we were still without gas service.
On Day 3, Geisel came back to fix the code violations that required cutting out the new line they had just installed going into the house, and putting a sleeve over that new gas line plus paint the outdoor line.  They worked 3 1/2 hours.  After completing all work I was presented with a bill that listed 12 hours total of labor. After reviewing my security cameras for time (start/finish) I disputed their labor quote, pointing out the 3rd day of work was done because Geisel's techs didn't follow code, and had to re-do their work. Speaking with Zach, the tech's manager, plus his supervisor, they adamantly refused to adjust the total labor charge.
This is just a heads-up, that Geisel doesn't seem to know the plumbing codes or reconsider their error in charging for labor. I have read reviews on Geisel in the past that were negative, but Geisel would respond to the reviewer to make you think it was the customer's fault.  Well, you can decide, next time you hire them and they inflate the price to cover their mistakes.
Update: Within a week of this review Geisel HVAC operations manager reached out to me after seeing this YELP review and refunded me a dollar amount relative to six hours of the labor charge. I feel this is a satisfactory adjustment.

Our boiler was running continuously and then all of a sudden it shut off. Troy came to look. Said we needed a part and a clean. We were misquoted for the cleaning. At the diagnostic appointment , Troy said it would be around $90 and the next day it was like 200 and something. Two weeks after we had completed a $500+ repair the issue started back up again. I called back to see if he could come back and Josh (owner I assume) was very pleasant and said he could send someone back and he remembered the job but didn't confirm my address. I called him back within hours and text him to see if he could come sooner but I never heard back from him. A different company was able to come and diagnose the issue saying that a valve wasn't completely closed and that there was water going into the boiler which had to be drained which was the source of my issue. It cost us $150. Very dissatisfied.

Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer Plumbing Service
Our kitchen drain was blocked. I had a recommendation from a friend to use Sal's Heating & Cooling. Making the appointment was easy and the service guy showed up as scheduled. He checked the pipe, told us that he couldn't be sure that he fixed the block, but he could try to use the spring drain cleaner. After he tried it, he put kitchen drain set back and turned on the water, still blocked. When he put the drain set back and used the wrench to close the connections, he did too hard dand broke one of connections. So when he turned on the water, drain set was leaking. He was frustrated. He was hoping that turning on the water would make the water go through the pipe in the basement. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. The he said that there was another way to try by using something to pressure the blocked stuff through, but he didn't have the tool with him. Then he said that he could come to try it later, but it would cost another $55+. I already paid $73 (the discount through Groupon) for him to come to fix the issue. Apparently the money and time was wasted. I will never use their service again.

Smylie One Heating Cooling & Plumbing Plumbing Service
We are in the process of buying a house. The Air conditioner was noted to be faulty on general inspection. There was rust over the furnace, concerning about an ongoing or past leakage. Also the AC was running intermittently. The recommendation was to consult a qualified contractor. We made a big mistake by hiring Smylie One to inspect the HVAC system. Their technician who inspected the house said the control board was faulty (cost to replace - $671). Also, he mentioned that the H/E collector box was cracked (cost to replace- $1228). Thus overall cost to correct these problems would be $1900.
Based on their evaluation, we asked seller to pay for repairs.
The seller had the HVAC inspected by his own contractor, who said both the control board and H/E collector box were fine and did not need to be replaced.
Meanwhile, the seller still offered us $2000 to use for repairs if any needed which we accepted and signed the contract.
The next day though, a supervisor from Smylie One went to inspect the HVAC again, and he completely disagreed with his own techinician's evaluation. He now said that the AC coil and the drain pan are rusted and actively leaking and he would recommend the AC to be replaced based on the age and condition of the AC.
Based on the initial evaluation from their technician, we decided to take the $2000 for AC repairs. If we had known about the condition of the AC which came out in the second report (which completely contradicted with their own technician's initial report), we would have asked the seller to replace the AC.
Instead, now we have a complete contract and I need to bear the expenses to replace the AC before I move into the house, just because of the incompetence of Smylie One's technicians.
Knowing my distress and dissatisfaction from their work, Steve Smylie, the owner of the company called me, tried to make it sound like it wasn't their mistake and he tried to make a deal with me by providing me, what he made it sound like, a very good deal. He would install a basic Bryant AC for $4000, which he said was $2000 below their usual price.
Meanwhile, I contacted another HVAC agency who quoted me a straight price of $4000 for a new more expensive American Standard AC (without any sort of special deals)
All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with Smylie One's service. I think their technician was extremely incompetent and failed to detect and report a simple leak from the AC coils (Even me, not an HVAC expert, could see the rust outside the HVAC unit and suspected a leak, but was then misled by the findings of their technician Mikhail Aronov)
Secondly, they charge extravagant amounts for their services, evident by the fact that they would charge $2000 more than other contractors for installing an AC with lower retail price.

Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling Plumbing Service
Called Kobella's for a refrigerator repair because they were listed as a source while searching Internet. Although that was not their area,  Lisa, who answered their phone, went above and beyond by checking with her boss for possible recommendations. She even gave me a personal recommendation for a local appliance repair service.
I will keep their number if I need a repair that they provide.
