Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Very happy with Queen City Plumbing and I will use them again.  I had two slow dripping pipes in the basement.  Mike showed up the same day and fixed them within an hour.  Very amicable and professional.  Hire with confidence.

Massie Creek Plumbing is such a great group of people who care.  I've had them out on emergencies and regular plumbing issues, and they have always come through for me.  I had a basement flood from a broken toilet and they worked with our contractor's schedule to help finish the project.  Our farm was hit hard by the Beavercreek Tornado's and they were live savers.  They made the time and stopped by to help with my water issue as soon as they could get here.  They fixed the broken pipe and was able to get water to my animals.  They were fantastic.  I will always use them for my plumbing needs.

Our shower pipe burst one night and we knew we needed someone to come fix it quick. These guys made an appointment with us at a time that was prompt and they were able to get it fixed for us and replaced in no time. They not only replaced the pipe but diagnosed what the issue was (clogged drain) and snaked out all the blockage. Also REASONABLY PRICED. We want good work and love a great deal. They had to make a trip to the store for a part or something but the timing that it took to fix the problem was great. We love these guys and will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing troubles in the future (hopefully not too soon).

Our garbage disposal went belly up after ten years or so, leaking from the bottom so I knew it was shot. I called the next morning, and that afternoon King's came out and got it replaced, even though they also had to take care of a business emergency call.  

They did what they said they'd do, professionally and well, when they said they'd do it, for a reasonable price.  You can't beat that.

they came out and replace the waterline from the street to the house did an excellent job, would highly recommend.

I had a sewage back up that started coming into my upstairs bathroom shower. It was mortifying.  I called several places and they all told me they would come in 2-3 DAYS.  I called Halpin plumbing and the owner happened to take the call.  When I told him the situation, he immediately told me that this won't wait and he would send someone out within two hours.  They showed up, within a  hour, took care of the mess, told us NOT to throw baby wipes into the toilet, even if they said they are flushable!!  Sure enough, there was a huge backup which he handled quickly with great efficiency.  This happened last year but I am still impressed with the great customer service!

Never use them. They tell you one number then overcharge you by  so much not no one will I tell about them m. I am never telling anyone I know to use them unless I don't like them.

This was my first time using such a service so didn't have anything to compare it to. With that said, i do prefer any one coming into my house who's there to work wear boot covers when walking on my floors especially my brand new carpet. i was impressed with the amount of dust, dirt and filth the vent cleaning service yielded i was not so thrilled when i learned all but one of the vents were cleaned. i learned this after the fact and didnt mention it so thats on me. i think.  Ryan the guy who made my appointment was helpful in informing me what was going to be done and i would recommend these guys and id use them again. (next time ill remember the vent behind the couch)

These people are professional, friendly and their prices are fair.  These are the folks you want to call if you have an emergency.

Stay away.  Will charge you $50 for a trip charge just to evaluate the job.  Once they get there they'll tell you the actual price.  They won't tell you that $50 does not get applied to the job at hand.  So a very minor repair will cost you $150+.  We needed a single elbow joint replaced, $150!!!! took the kid less than 30 min to complete the task.

Find someone else.

We had a water line leak outside and decided to use Wingate again. The job turned into a nightmare of issues, all completely beyond Wingate's control.  Crazy (really) original installation, incorrect utility marking lines, far too close electrical line placement - you name it.  Throughout it all Jason and eventually Chris stayed positive and flexible.  This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so for plumbing, HVAC, etc.  Great company.
