Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Called RBS to fix plumbing in our kitchen. Rob came out with one of his crew and took care of the issue promptly. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided, the cost for the job, and how quickly they got to us and completed the job. We will definitely call RBS for all jobs around the house that are beyond my ability (that's most jobs lol) Highly recommend RBS !!

Our water heater failed on the weekend. Queen city was the most responsive of the seven plumbers that I contacted. Their price was the best. Their workmanship was absolutely superb. I could not recommend a more highly.

I have now used these guys 3 times.  The first job was simple, a leaking pipe, and didn't take more than an hour.  I was happy with their work and they only charged me $120.00, including parts.  Next project was multiple items and snaking some slow drains. That was a bit more expensive but less than I was expecting, and again I was pleased with their workmanship and cost. This third job they had to hook up everything in our new kitchen, run supply & drain lines, and snake all the drains in our other house. Again, a great job done quickly.  These guys are prompt, polite, very clean, and careful.  They tolerated my dog hanging around while they were working.  They are very knowledgeable about how to do their work the best way.  I am impressed with the quality of their work and really would not think of hiring any other plumber ever again. Our shower pipe burst one night and we knew we needed someone to come fix it quick. These guys made an appointment with us at a time that was prompt and they were able to get it fixed for us and replaced in no time. They not only replaced the pipe but diagnosed what the issue was (clogged drain) and snaked out all the blockage. Also REASONABLY PRICED. We want good work and love a great deal. They had to make a trip to the store for a part or something but the timing that it took to fix the problem was great. We love these guys and will definitely use them anytime we have plumbing troubles in the future (hopefully not too soon).

I just had the VERY BEST POSSIBLE experience with HALPIN plumbing, and their excellent man, Joey Fay!  Joey's knowledge, experience, thoroughness, and, yes, even NEATNESS, all combined for a GREAT customer experience!

Lonneman fixed our problem quickly and at a fair price. They arrived on time and replaced the bad pipe promptly. If you are in the Edgewood, Ky area these are the guys to call for plumbing.

This was my first time using such a service so didn't have anything to compare it to. With that said, i do prefer any one coming into my house who's there to work wear boot covers when walking on my floors especially my brand new carpet. i was impressed with the amount of dust, dirt and filth the vent cleaning service yielded i was not so thrilled when i learned all but one of the vents were cleaned. i learned this after the fact and didnt mention it so thats on me. i think.  Ryan the guy who made my appointment was helpful in informing me what was going to be done and i would recommend these guys and id use them again. (next time ill remember the vent behind the couch)

These people are professional, friendly and their prices are fair.  These are the folks you want to call if you have an emergency.

Our garbage disposal went belly up after ten years or so, leaking from the bottom so I knew it was shot. I called the next morning, and that afternoon King's came out and got it replaced, even though they also had to take care of a business emergency call.  

They did what they said they'd do, professionally and well, when they said they'd do it, for a reasonable price.  You can't beat that.

A-Able treated my house for bed bugs. $1,000 and much disruption later I still had bed bugs. I came home after the heat treatment, went in the bath room and saw a bed bug run across the floor. They are now back in force. They do not offer a guarantee so I still have bed bugs and I'm out $1,000.

Wingate came to my home after I provided some details on an issue I was having and apparently they didn't see a problem with my system after doing absolutely nothing to find it and proceeded to charge a $89 service fee (PLEASE NOTE THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS FEE) Reached out to another vendor (NOT WINGATE) a few weeks later and THEY found the issue immediately (rusted seal). Will not recommend.
