Best Electric Inspection in Cincinnati OH

Tony came on very short notice on MLK Day when he had planned to take the day off.  There was a leaky shut off valve that had connected to a washing machine that I needed to have repaired before we closed on the sale of the house. He was there within 2 hours and was able to fix it with a cap he had in his truck even though he had gone to home depot before arriving to buy what he thought was needed based on the photos I had sent him. He just charged me his minimum for his time - nothing else. Thank you, Tony!

On Friday 8/26/22 I discovered a sewer back up in my finished basement during the night. As soon as the business opened at 7:30 am I called and asked for their help. Though they had plenty of other prescheduled jobs that day they sent two very professional plumbers to my home within in a couple of hours. They quickly figured out that our sewer pipes were blocked with tree roots. They were able to clear the pipes. They did a great job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Dave suggested a water damage clean up company who came to my home within hours. I do not know what I would have done without them. This is the second time Dave from Niesen has done work on my home over the past two years. I consider him a genius! I wouldn't call any other company.

After calling upon other well known HVAC businesses to repair my in-laws a/c unit on a hot day. No one would even come out until the following day. I then called Wingate as a recommendation from someone else. They answered and said they would have someone out within an hour.  This was late afternoon and did advise the labor rate would be more. I was ok with that. Just as promised, Troy showed up. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair.  Since my in-laws are elderly, he called me to advise what exactly he did. I was very thankful of the quick response and care that was taken.
I would absolutely recommend Wingate for any HVAC needs. Fair/Honest/Responsive.

To me, a handyman's most important quality beyond knowledge is integrity.  Ron gave the best price quote, was on time, completed the job to standards, and stands behind his work.  I had a faucet and new dishwasher installed - Ron knocked it out and will keep him busy with other projects.

Zach Gibbs was polite, professional and on time.  We had a shower leaking through our ceiling and he needed to cut through the drywall to figure out the problem.  He made sure to cover all of our furniture completely to ensure nothing got drywall on it and was able to quickly figure out the problem and make suggestions on next steps.  Highly recommend!

I would give them minus 1 star if I could. I wrote a previous review on here but somehow it magically disappeared. Inept Service Tech,not on time, no quote, no detailed invoice and a 350.00 charge for a drain that stopped right back up 2 days later. Their Tech worked on my drain for over 3 hours and said afterwards and I quote, I'm afraid i only poked a little hole in it. I hired a local plumber 2 days later, (TONY'S HEATING AND PLUMBING), when it stopped back up for 180.00 and it has now been a month and a half and it has been draining better than it ever has. My wife and I are elderly, retired and on Social Security. Guess they also don't care about taking the elderly for a ride. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A RIPOFF!! Their Tech was more interested in selling me a service plan and swore I needed a water softener and get this, I had to help their Tech cut out a cleanout plug and I had to use a pair of my own visegrips in the process and their Tech said he had never seen a pair of visegrips before!! What a idiot!!
