Great service , I needed to replace the water heater and the service was great, in the process after few days i got a call from the company , they wanted to supervise the labore was done to be sure is accomplishing the code by law and they did some adjustments that where not included in the request i did when service was done but they came and had all done , never will be more satisfied thank you!

Do not trust this greedy scam artist company that preys on nice people.  They tried to tell us that we needed a whole new air conditioning system for $12,000.  You heard me right, $12,000, when a competitor was able to fix the issue for a few hundred dollars.  They also tried to charge us just for looking at the system when their website says the diagnosis is free.

People who are professional and great to work with. I received very courteous and helpful service from everyone I spoke with. Especially Jeff who came to give us estimate. He explained all my questions and concerns and kept following up the entire process. All of Installers are very experienced and friendly. They worked so diligently in order to finish the project on time. They were knowledgeable about every aspect of our needs. It would be my pleasure to recommend this HVAC company to anyone. Their services are excellent. The best air conditioning and heating company in San Diego!!!

Water heater blew up & didn't hesitate to call Bill Howe Plumbing as they had been so helpful on previous occasions. The trouble call was handled very professionally and the technician - Tris C.(#566) - was prompt, courteous and very skilled. Tris did a terrific job! Job was done very well...new lines, valves, proper venting (previous installation done incorrectly by another firm) and everything left shipshape. Great service, we'll done!

Called late Saturday night and was still able to talk to someone. Gave my info and was immediately called the next working day to set up an appt for my clog sink. When the technician came in (James) polite and on time showed me where he needs work and within 20 min problem is solve gave me a 90 day warranty definitely will be using this company again

Sherlock Heating & Air installed a new heating and air conditioning unit two years ago.  During my remodel this spring, we found a minor issue due to the install of the heating unit.  Aaron, the owner of Sherlock, personally came over to my house to inspect his employee's installation work.  Aaron developed a solution that was acceptable not only to myself but to my contractor.  The fact that Aaron, the owner and president, personally came out is what makes Sherlock stand above all others.  Aaron stands by his employees work.  He values his reputation and wants to ensure each and every customer is beyond happy with the products and services that Sherlock provides.  I can't recommend Sherlock enough to those needing either a new heating and/or air conditioning unit or repair work in the North County area.
