Best Thermostat Repair in Chula Vista CA

I have had called Fred twice for urgent problems.  My AC condensation line flooded during the summer. I tried fixing it with information from Youtube and failed. Fred stopped by the same day and fixed the issue fast.

Today one of my sink water lines began leaking.  I tried fixing it myself with tools from the store and I spent 3 hours failing at it.  Fred stopped by an hour after I called, fixed both of my cold and hot water lines and compression shut off valves in 30 minutes.  

Fred is one of the hardest working guys you'll see. He is super responsive and efficient. I can sleep better knowing Fred is around to assist if I can't fix the problems.

If I could give Fred 10 stars out of 5, I would.  He is great!!

I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!

I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.

I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.

It was a rip off that failed

Terrible company with horrible customer service. I had an estimate on a mini split system in January, the guy came out but I never received the estimate, even after I reached out to them to ask for it weeks later and still have received nothing.
My job has since been completed by one of their competitors and I couldn't be happier. Don't waste your time.

Randy Rocks! He was assigned to tackle our tub that wouldn't drain even after having another plumber out. The woman on the phone scheduled him to come out within a few hours of me making the call. He was on-time and had the drain cleared and working in a matter of minutes. He listened to my issue, checked it out, grabbed a few things from his truck and before I knew it he was done and my shower was on full blast AND DRAINING! I know who I'll be calling in the future if I need some help again.

Happy to have our air and heat replaced. They were all nice and kept things clean. They were here one day and done. Thank you (Connie, Jose,Eric, Turbo and Anthony).

Made an appointment for 12-1pm. No call no show by 1:45pm so I called their number. Looks like they scheduled the wrong day and time. I will not be using their services but other providers instead.

I put a few feelers out there and asked that they respond with a text.  Out of 5 companies that I sent out a request to, this is the only one that started communication via text, kind of on my terms. I really prefer it.  Rachel was very courteous and I got a good feeling about the company right away. She contacted me in about 20 minutes and had someone at my house within an hour.  I live in a remote-ish area and it wasn't even an emergency.  I wanted a gas line tapped for a BBQ.  Levi took a look at the job and needed a part, of which he didn't charge me for his time when he went to get it. He problem-solved, was conscientious, and got the work done quickly.  I am impressed!
