Best Routine Maintenance in Chula Vista CA

Very excited to have Rayne install a water conditioning system in our second office as we loved the one at our old office. Our service technician Drayton did a great job installing the system, was very polite and worked quietly and efficiently. He clearly explained how the system worked to me, and as always I was very impressed with Rayne's customer service and professionalism. Thanks Drayton!

Two technicians came out to fix a leak in a toilet tank which allowed water to keep flowing into the tank. When they arrived they diagnosed the issue. After doing this they went back to their truck for about 15 minutes sitting in the cab. They came back and gave me a print out of several options ranging from a couple hundred dollars to replacing the entire toilet!  I told them I wanted the cheapest option. After fixing the leak in the toilet tank one of the technicians asked to check the water pressure in the hot water tank. They did and said the water heater should be replaced and asked if I wanted that done. I declined.

The following day, I noticed when using the upstairs shower, a high pitched squeal which would last until I turned off the faucet. In fact, we hear this squeal when my son takes a shower in a different bathroom. There's no way this could automagically happen right after a service call for something totally different, unless one of the repair people tweaked something to cause this. I will never use them again.

I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing. Be sure to ask for Nate. This guy is the size of a mountain but as gentle as a teddy bear. He's incredibly talented, ethical, has a great sense of humor, and went the extra mile with Fixing our plumbing problems. Noticed a high pitch humming noise coming out of my garage everytime water was in use around the house. Called AiRight on a Sat morning. Owner picked up and sent a tech to the house an hour later for a free consultation who assessed the situation and determined that the water pressure regulator was malfunctioning. Owner called back with a final quote which fell in line with my research and budget and I proceeded to move forward. Tech came back two days later after the replacement part was obtained, and installed it without any issues. I am happy with the overall service. Would highly recommend to others
