Best Routine Maintenance in Chula Vista CA

I needed my Rayne water filtration system looked at last week.  I talked with Alison at the office and she scheduled an appointment for me. Tom came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done.  He arranged for the units to be picked up and taken in for repair.  Joe and Latif came out and picked up the two tanks and told me they would be ready in 2 days. I talked to Mark at the office and he explained what they had to do because one of the tanks was ruined. He was able to find a used tank at no charge to me and the 2 tanks were ready on time.  Adam and Camron came out and installed the tanks and programed the backwash cycles on them. Everything went smoothly and I was impressed with all the folks at Rayne. The cost was exactly what I was quoted when Tom diagnosed the problem. I would highly recommend Rayne for your water filtering needs.

Cori was professional,  helpful and straightforward with pricing. The work done is great. I've been using Plumbing Plus for 25 years. You guys are the only plumbers I'd use.

I hired Diamond Plumbing Services to unclog a drain in my shower.  They did, but then three weeks later it was clogged again.  I emailed them asking what type of guarantee they give to their work and they stated everything but drain clogs because they don't know the quality of the line.  I live in a house that was built 5 years ago, so I'm sure the pipes aren't the issue.  I've had shower drains snaked probably ten times in my life, and have never had the issue where three weeks later it is clogged again, so it would appear to me that this company did a poor job, then refused to come back and redo it properly.  For a job that takes ten minutes to do, it seems like a poor response, and I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future.  I can't comment on anything else, as they have a lot of great 5 star reviews, but in my personal case I feel like I absolutely wasted $130.

10/10 From my side I highly recommend Terry and Team. We instllaed Ethical h20 whole house water filteration and conditioning system with Terry and Chris. They are awesome. They are on time very friendly  charged very less compared to the estimates outside. They spent 4 plus hours doing a great job re installing the System putting back .  They are friendly and professional. For all my  cooling Heating and plumbing needs  its a one stop going forward..
