We had a leaking pipe in our ceiling just as we were leaving on vacation.  We had used Fred for a previous plumbing repair and he had done a excellent job at a good price. We called him in an emergency this time and he came within an hour, located the leak, and quickly repaired it on a Sunday morning, no less! Given the water damage caused by the leak, Fred was able to provide us with a referral for a water damage/flood mitigation service which we used, and they came quickly as well and  began the drying and restoration process.  We were thankfully able to leave for vacation only a few hours late. Thank you Fred!

THA gave me an honest and competitive quote.  Showed up on time and sent their technician Oliver to install 3 new toilets.  Oliver and THA were consummate professionals, answered questions, explained the job details, wore a face mask and booties and did a perfect job with all the clean up.  Outstanding service.  Don't bother looking for a better quote or another plumber.  Make sure you ask for Oliver (and by the way - I am not related to this guy, nor am a paid spokesperson for THA).

Anderson has great people from the sales rep who explained their various options to the crew who installed our system.  We got bids from the other companies, and some offered slightly less expensive options, but Anderson came across as more professional. They worked with us by removing the existing system and waited several weeks while we took care of some mold remediation.  Their installation crew made several improvements to our air return system and placement of a Wi-Fi digital thermostat. The new system is quieter and more efficient -- and just in time before our next heat wave.

Ed did a great job unclogging my shower and he was extremely professional when working.

Appreciate how this company recognizes Military Veterans.  This was a big plus for me in addition to the quality services their employees provide.

Special shout out to Junior A.  My experience with him was an informative and enjoyable one.  He definitely went above and beyond upon addressing and resolving my home's central AC issues.

We had a plumbing emergency on the weekend with a 6 foot crack in one of our interior pipes. Bill Howe was the only service we called that could come out on a Saturday night. Our plumber Chris S. explained exactly what was needed and worked quickly to solve our issue. We will definitely use Howe again for all our plumbing needs.

I've been both impressed and disappointed by Anderson Plumbing. My first experience was when it took three trips to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. The first guy failed to fix the problem twice. They finally sent a different tech who was able to locate the leak and fix it. It should take three tries to fix a leaky pipe

Today, was was disappointed when my VIP Membership sent someone for a routine inspection that was part of the membership. I had a feeling that the purpose was to find or create an issue that would require a pricey repair. I wasn't wrong.  The tech told me my pipes in one area were old and could go at any time. But he refused to give an estimate. When I hesitated, suspecting I was being taken advantage of, he smirked and said I would be calling them when the pipes did blow.  I resented the pressure to fix something that wasn't causing an issue, at least not yet.

I need a company that I can trust. Anderson has yet top provide that trust.

Jared from Sherlock Plumbing Heating & Air is nothing less than outstanding.  My HVAC was not cooling at all and honestly really just needs to be replaced. However, Jared was able to get it working again for the time being. He then spent a significant amount of time consulting me on the best options to replace my system.  I'm more than satisfied that Jared and Sherlock have my best interest in mind and I feel confident my new system will exceed my expectations.  I'm now excited about getting a new system and really looking for ward to it.
