I am impressed with their service...especially our tech Adam that was prompt and did a very good job installing our water softener. Adam kept me in the loop thru the whole process and installed our system neatly in our garage right where we wanted it. We are excited to finally have high quality water at every tap in our home.

Q came out and did some drywall fixes before we sold our home and work was decent for the sale. He was requested a second time by our Realtor to fix a couple of other minor things. Well my Realtor cancelled the appointment a couple days before, but guess he didn't receive the phone call or text message.
Guess there was a miscommunication, but he showed up anyway and I told him that I didn't know he was scheduled to come this morning, as I just got off work (12hr shift) and he said my Realtor scheduled this appointment with my husband the day he came by to fix the drywall. Realtor mentioned he had a slight attitude at that time because of the way he was talking to my husband. My husband recalls the conversation, but was not there to confirm appointment, but did confirm there was some attitude and mentioned maybe that is how he is.
Then the next thing he says as I am on the phone calling my Realtor is do you have the money to pay me with ATTITUDE (Rude!) I'm like hold on just a second, Realtor answers and I explain what's going on and she said they called and text him to cancel, but he never responded to the phone call or text, but he claims he never received either. Realtor hung up with me and called him immediately. His phone rings and he snatched his bag and walked away saying something with total attitude.
Just bad vibes and wouldn't recommended. I gave 2 stars because he did decent work the first time and maybe you might get decent work if you use him. Maybe attitude is a hit or miss.

I called One Time Plumbing to fix my shower. I had no idea what was causing the low pressure in the shower and toilet of the hall bathroom. Our tech was there onetime, completed the job quickly, and left NO MESS. One Time Plumbing is who I'll be calling next time I have plumbing needs.

Ryan and Skyler recently responded to our home after we discovered faulty bathroom pipe routing during a new shower install. We also requested they replace our old water heater. They did an exceptional job repairing our pipes while going above and beyond to ensure the shower installers would have no issues during the final install. They then completed the water heater installation to perfection while also identifying a water pressure issue. Ryan then installed a water pressure regulator to save us future headaches with potential piping issues. These plumbers were absolute professionals and extremely competent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

It seem there was no task that they couldn't do from installing cooktops to plumbing to hang doors, building a gate, installing a refrigerator which required cutting out cabinets. They come with all the tools they need and lots of experience to help solve your needs.

Punctual, determined, detailed and hard working! I usually do my own projects around the house but became stumped with some outside electrical outlets.
Farhad took on this project, found the issue (it was grounded out wire) under ground/rock, replaced the wire which wasn't easy at all and got everything back to working for a very reasonable price.
It was also good to see him bring his son along to help him and to learn the trade that he is very good at. I would recommend All Around Handyman Services. Thank you Farhad!

UPDATE: Jared came out this morning to help resolve our issues. He is single-handedly responsible for me changing my previous 1-star review (and I typed that BEFORE the marketing lady called him and told him to do whatever it takes to change the review.) Jared not only has fixed the heater it seems, but he was very clear about his commitment to high-quality service, and also the process they have been going through to document issues with our unit and so they can submit that to Lennox and possibly get it replaced. That information was very useful and eased our minds; if we had known before, we would not have complained. He also let us know that on the day Dan did not test the heater, it's because he was seriously injured on the job and had to rush to the hospital from our home. Poor guy! If we had been told about that incident we never would have been frustrated at all, and we sincerely hope he is doing well.
I wish Sherlock had communicated with us better about our situation. I was very impressed with the owner's quick reply to my review, but I am disappointed that Aaron's comment on this Yelp review was the very first I'm sorry, we'll do better that I heard from anyone in the company. I really should not need to post a 1-star review to get that, especially since I made my frustration known to Julie several times. A little bit of empathy from the folks on the phone with all the scheduling/ rescheduling issues would have gone a long way, especially today- after telling me earlier this week that I a have an 8:30 appointment, calling me to say, sometime later today I might get back to you to let you know when someone might come by. Of course I am also concerned about the quality of the unit, having needed three repairs since April 2016, but I am happy Sherlock seems committed to resolving that.
At this point I would give Sherlock 3.5-4 stars for customer service,
mostly because they were so responsive to the negative review. (The exception is Jared, who gets 5!), and 1 for equipment. I do feel confident they are committed to offering great future service. From now on were are always requesting Jared!

I was really excited about Sherlock Heating and Air when we first installed our heating system with them, about a year and a half ago. They had to come out a couple of times because of errors they made in installing the system, but they were quick about it and nice. Now, we are having the third issue with our system in about 18 months. Just before Christmas weekend (on Dec 22) I realized our system was blowing cold air. I called and no one responded until after Christmas, which is totally understandable. They are a small business and it was the holiday weekend. However it is now THREE WEEKS LATER and our problem has not been resolved, and the staff there have acted very unapologetic about our experience. Luckily we have been having a warm spell and I know this is San Diego, but we live in East County and it gets in the 40s and even 30s at night. I have two small children and we put space heaters in the kids' rooms but in the morning everyone is freezing!

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.
I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

He basically took the money and ran
Left us with an unfinished project.
We hired a new contractor that has to redo all his work.
He received 65k in payments and has 25k in work to show for.
Basically he ripped me off
We fired him while he was on vacay in Hawaii after we got tired if his promises of finishing a job he estimated 4.5 months to complete last May.
He promised September 2016 completion date.
Project is currently 25% complete
