Best Ejector Pump Installation And Replacement… in Chicago IL

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Just had then out to rot out the tub and fix the water pipe that goes outside for the spicket. I was told probably around $400 for everything.  Turns out the tub was older and had a clean out trap so didn't have to rot. Final bill for everything was $250. Very honest and prompt service.  Would recommend.

Had Chuck come out to look at my sewer back up. He responded quickly and did a camera view of my drain.  I could see there was an obstruction due to a cracked drain tile just in front of my home. He had to dig up my front lawn and replace the broken drain which was about 8 feet below.  They stayed working on it and completed the job well. They also added a clean out for future use if the drain needed cleaning.  I was extremely pleased with the results and have recommended them to others. Chuck is a honest and diligent plumber that is highly knowledgable.  I will definitely recommend his services again.

Our ejector pump malfunctioned. We reached out to D and L, Travis was very responsive. Travis came out and was able to replace the separate float switch without having to replace the pump. This saved us hundreds of dollars. His work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. We would definitely use D and L again.

Great experience over all.  Requested information via Yelp and heard back inside of an hour.  Had an appointment scheduled for same week.  

Antonio and his associate just came out and pulled multiple small toys out of  our drain and was able to get our bathtub drain (which had virtually zero drainage abilities) draining as if it were brand new - despite the roadblocks as snaking our drain is not an option because we live in a home built in the 1940s with a drum trap.  

Pricing was fair and presented up front with an explanation of the services to be provided before any actual work was done.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me.  1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course.  Very personable, reliable and easy to talk.  After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them.  You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.
