Katie is absolutely amazing! We initially had someone come out from Fixer who did not patch our ceiling to our, or Fixer's, standards. I took a few pictures and got in contact with their customer service. They were apologetic and said that someone would be out that afternoon at our convenience.... Enter Katie, extremely prepared and very professional. Not only did she show up early and was apologetic for the previous work, but she explained everything and took care of business. She fixed the issues. Our ceiling looks as close to perfect as it will ever be, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Definitely ask for Katie if you are going with Fixer she knows what she's doing, and is very pleasant to deal with.

The bots and text messages are a coverup for a lack of communication and customer service.

We made an appointment with Fixer during a weekday, for which my wife stayed home from work. 15 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive, we received a text saying that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment, asking us to reschedule and offering a $50 discount. My wife makes well over $50 a day!! This bad news was sent via text and after I responded and prompted a reply, we heard no more from them.

The $50 discount would've been easily absorbed by the Fixer's exorbitant fees. I'm leery of a home repair company that can't even honor their own appointment schedule. I understand that things happen, but at least take full responsibility and go above and beyond to remedy your mistake.

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

Jason was awesome to work with. We had some tasks that needed to be fixed around our home and we are extremely pleased with the results. He provided us with cost efficient solutions and performed great work. We liked his honesty and detailed explanations on how something needed to be done. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

The pricing is confusing. I was charged an $89 fee to show up which I understood as what would typically be the diagnostic fee and then $125/hr. The guy was here for 20 min, could not actually do the repair, and needed to go do research to see if the parts were available to do the work and I am left with a $214 bill. As an architect who works with construction people on a daily bases, this is not how I have ever seen someone do business. I would say to make sure that they have the capability to do the job and get everything in writing beforehand.
