Best Sump Pump Installation in Chesapeake VA
We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

I've been extremely happy with my experience working with Drain Wizard. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends. After recent negative experience with plumbers, it was a relief to find a plumber who was honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I had a major plumbing repair completed and trusted them to successfully complete all repairs necessary without overcharging or doing unnecessary work. Great to have found a plumber I can trust.

We utilize Baybreeze for a water heater issue that our home warranty company (American Home Shield) failed to fix in the dead of winter. They offered the most competitive prices and parts in the area and got the job done quickly with permits and all! As a veteran myself, I highly recommend. They are knowledgeable and timely!

Quick response to call, and clear and knowledgeable explanation of issue. Would recommend to others.

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.
don't hire this guy ,
request to Yelp please remove his company-

I liked the service guy, Keith and Melissa in the office were nice too however there was confusion over when I was to be seen and what phone numbers they were calling. I was not sure how they had miscommunicated this info with our warranty company.
The other odd thing is our warranty co. said the fee is $50 but A1 charged us $134 just come and see if there was a leak. Of course it is a Sat. but no one said it would be an extra charge. Is this the normal rate? if so, I am in the wrong business.

I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.

My insurance, Home Serve, picked Cassidy's Plumbing to handle a water leak in our front yard. Nate arrived on time, started digging and found a broken water pipe quickly and efficiently. He had to dig almost three feet of mud to find the crack fixed it and put all the soil back in place. So thankful for the fast service

Came in and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They supposedly fixed the problem but others had to be called in to fix what they had done.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.

if you want a company that is a joke look no further. The owner is a complete jerk, he laughs when you have an issue that his company did. The way he speaks to females was beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find an actual company, instead of this pathetic excuse of a group of so called plumbers.

We have an empty property we were preparing to rent / sale and needed a licensed plumber to fix a leak in the bathtub ASAP. The repair person / owner Jason was informed of our deadline to complete the job. He not only assured us it would be done the very next day. But also promised the work area would be left like no one was even there. Even though he said he will need to cut part of the wall out and remove our vanity on the other side of the tub to get to the damaged pipes.
The leak was fixed, but the customer experience was horrible. The main problem for this business is an inability to not only communicate effectively. But work with some level of integrity & accountability. We paid the 50% deposit immediately upon request. We then received multiple delays over the next 48 hr period including false arrival times that we had to constantly reach out ourselves to get an update on. It got to a point when we called to inform Jason we would go another route and wanted our deposit back (minus any service fee for diagnosing the source of the leak). He seemed offended by this change of heart because he mentioned he was in the check out line buying materials to fix our leak and said This is why I ask people like you for a deposit... Well you can kiss that deposit goodbye! and the call ended.
Later his wife / secretary called back to apologize and assure us he was finally in route after picking up supplies to do the job. We accepted and asked that the final invoice be amended to include a note that the tub drain is working properly bcus we tested it ourselves. But we needed documentation from a licensed plumber stating that the drain is operating correctly. Jason decided to snake the drain anyway even though he said he didn't pull out or see anything that would've cause slow draining. But still charged us for it and didn't accept responsibility for misreading our request (via text). To make matters worse, he told us we can caulk the newly installed tub knobs & faucet ourselves; after not cleaning the tub up and saying he couldn't put back the vanity and the wall the way it was like he was never there as he promised. Also that it was more work than he initially assumed. We can respect the honesty, but to not even offer a discount after displaying bad time management issues and poor customer service is absurd! Jason wouldn't consider removing the charge for snaking our drain when we didn't ask him to do it in the first place. With all that, we still paid the full invoice balance (over $300 more than the original quote). We figured, hey it's the holidays and we can only hope they needed the money more than they needed a long time customer. In short, 5 Star Plumbing is not a business we can trust to do any future work for us, even though he offered $75 off the next job!!!! UUUMMMMM NO WE'RE GOOD.

This company was absolutely awesome to work with! We had a clogged kitchen sink (with garbage disposal). Jason, had no problem explaining everything to us and it didn't feel like we were being price gouged. From scheduling the appointment to actually getting the work done, they were professional and polite. We will definitely be using this company again and plan to send folk their way when they run into plumbing issues.

My daughter used this company because the insurance company made her and they only made her problems worse and after fighting with them and the insurance company for months she gave up and now it's costing her $3000 to repair the problem that BellCow created. They installed too large of a system for the room and messed up the venting system. See the picture of the mess they left and the job that looks like a second grader did it. I don't know how they stay in business.
