I love these guys. My realtor recommended them to me when I posted on Facebook about a backup we were having. We called the day before thanksgiving and the receptionist was extremely nice and understanding about my concerns about the price. We set up an appointment for the day after thanksgiving. One Stop called me about an hour before the guys showed up and explained the billing to me again to make sure I understood how I'd be charged. They showed up around two-thirty and fixed everything in about two or three hours. They were professional and affordable. I recommend them for anyone in need of a plumber.

Called for some help with plumbing under my sink. The lady on the phone stated that he could come to help that night. I received another call saying he would be there in about an hour and a half or so and would call when he was on his way. After two and a half hours with no call, I called back. She said he was still on the other job and would call when he was done. I stayed up till midnight with no call and no show. Initial call was make at 5pm. Taking my business somewhere else. Really wanted to support local business. He did call the next day at 1000 but it was too late.

Woke up this morning with water in my bathtub and toilet that wouldnt flush after roommate used shower upstairs. I could not stay home in the morning or daytime to get it fixed due to work. Got home at 4:30, called 2 other companies. One's machine was broke, another's pricing structure gave me a headache. Then I called rotorooter. I got a courtesy call around 8:00 saying they were sorry no one had come out yet but the gentleman coming out was finishing up a job and would be at my house shortly and that they would call when he was en route. Which they did again at 8:30. He arrived around  9pm, which is fine by me since I didnt call till 4:30.  Mr. Robert was very professional and friendly. He explained my options.  He began digging and to my surprise quickly dug a 4 foot deep hole to the main line in front yard, cracked open the ancient terra cotta line and fixed the stoppage (FYI disposable wipes are not very disposable.)  My other option was to take the toilet out and go in that way. I asked Mr.Robert which way would have been easier, he said the way he did it. I am not sure about that with all the digging he did but am grateful for all his hard work. I have never seen a hole dug so quick in my life, much less through azalea bush roots everywhere. The price was not as shocking as I expected, which helps more than anyone could imagine. I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

Fantastic service. Dante was able to come first thing in the morning to fix the leaking faucet in my tub. It was leaking so badly that I had to turn my water off, but now, not a drop! Great communication & very responsive. Very fair price and good work! I will definitely hire him in the future--in fact, I've already consulted him on another project!

I had A1 Sewer & Drain remove my old gas water heater (through American Home Shield) and install a new one. Their plumber, Dewrel Burleson and his partner, did a great job. Initially, I was not thrilled with the response time to my request for service. I had submitted my ticket to AHS on Friday afternoon and received a message that I would hear from A1 S & D within 24 hour business day. I definitely expected to hear from them by Monday afternoon. I finally had to call them on Tuesday evening.

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and apologized for not reaching out to me earlier. She asked me when I would like for them to come. It's so unusual in this day and time, to call a service provider and they allow you to choose the day and exact time! Were they for real?

Sure enough, they showed up on the exact day and time I requested them to arrive. Amazing! Dewrel & his partner were very friendly and put little booties over their shoes whenever they walked into the house. They would remove them before walking out and put them on again before entering the house. I have great respect for skilled service providers who show respect for my home.

After checking out my gas water heater (which we've had serviced at least a half dozen times within the last 2 years by other companies), they quickly identified areas of concern (it was leaking brown gunk from the top, all the way down and pooling in the water-catching tray, making noise like popcorn being popped, pilot light would go out repeatedly whenever we had a windy day, etc.) They noted that it was 19 years old and was beyond repair.

Within 2 hours, the tank was drained, disassembled, removed and the new one installed. They cleaned up after themselves and even took the trash bag with them! They were also very tolerant of my obnoxiously friendly french bulldog. They were both very personable, professional and were great representatives for their company.

I called about a broken water heater this morning about 8:30 am. They said they would be able to come between 1 and 4 pm. Justin arrived at 1 pm. Quickly assessed the problem and my water heater was replaced with a new one. Everything was done in about 90 minutes. This included getting a new water heater form the warehouse, removal of the old water heater, and installation of the new one. Excellent service!!! Would highly recommend this company.

I contacted them online, they responded by telephone confirming the appointment.  I was also contacted regarding any water damage. On the appointed date and time the technician arrived, accessed the problem and remedied the situation.

This is the worst service I ever used. The person was not honest at all and the charge is weight over regular price. They Charged me $250 for about 20 minutes actual drainage service!! Not worth one star at all but no choice!!!

The person (Wayne) showed up to do free estimation and told me that it takes him about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get the job done and charge me $250. Actual drainage job took him about 20 minutes done the job.

This is the 1st time I used their service on 5/1/2013, also  IT IS THE LAST TIME I use their service.

We needed to replace our toilet and have the supply line redone.  The technicians showed up at the appointment time and were professional and courteous.  

They did a great job!

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Funny that 2 of the reviews are from Melissa Bond herself.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.

This review is for customer service only, it is not a review for actual service .  First issue I called 9/26 552pm, spoke with a woman said plumber would come to my home the next day but no time. 9/27 I call again 236pm woman tells me she has no record of me she will have scheduler call me right back.  No call. 9/28 I get a text plumber is come to my house today 11-3 I call them because I  have a VA appointment as I am a disabled veteran woman tells me well I emailed you at 5 am she told I'm a last priority due to home warranty
