We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

I called in the am because my shower handle for the hot water didn't want to turn off and they came out that morning - fixed everything at a very reasonable price - Mike was the technician and he couldn't have been nicer - I fell you should share when you have a great experience since there are so many bad companies out there - Precision deserves all your work!!! they are fantastic!!

Friday afternoon my husband and I noticed a leak from our water heater. I asked for online quotes from a few places but King's Plumbing was the fastest and most reasonable response we got. We were able to get them out here to fix the problem about an hour later. Ron was great and fixed our leak and even informed us that we needed a new valve as well. He was a true professional! We were definitely extremely satisfied with the service we received.

I love these guys. My realtor recommended them to me when I posted on Facebook about a backup we were having. We called the day before thanksgiving and the receptionist was extremely nice and understanding about my concerns about the price. We set up an appointment for the day after thanksgiving. One Stop called me about an hour before the guys showed up and explained the billing to me again to make sure I understood how I'd be charged. They showed up around two-thirty and fixed everything in about two or three hours. They were professional and affordable. I recommend them for anyone in need of a plumber.

We are so pleased with the service provided by this company. Our system went kaput a week ago, and we were quoted astronomical pricing by other companies. I was feeling like we were being taken advantage of because it was still really warm outside and we were in desperate need to have the work completed.
Conyers Electrical treated us like family, gave us a price that was more than fair, AND installed the new system within two days!! I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was dripping and they fixed that too!! We will recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

I received a phone call from the city stating that they had not received the paperwork. I also received a voicemail from A-1 asking me to call them.
I called A-1 and spoke to the receptionist. She informed me that the tech didn't realize that he was inspecting two devices, and that he only charged me for one. She stated that I owed them another $149. I told her that I disagreed, since I asked her specifically what the price was for both devices when I made the appointment, and the invoice specifically detailed the inspection was for both devices. We went back and forth about it, and she transferred me to the office manager.
The manager and I then got into an argument about the price. She threatened to send only one of the forms to the city, since in her opinion, I only paid for one backflow inspection. I told her that I was not paying them anymore money, that the invoice specifically detailed the work that was done included both devices, and the invoice was a contract from them stating that the work done was paid in full. The office manager hung up on me.
Later in the day, January 29th
I received a call from Jimmy, who stated he was the owner of A-1. We began another conversation about the inspection. Jimmy told me that the tech that came out on Monday was new and did not know that the price was $149 per device. I stated again that that didn't make sense because I had two prior invoices that detailed the same inspection for $149. He said that the other tech who did the inspections the two years before was probably just hooking me up but the actual price should have been $149 each.
He told me he would cut me a deal, and if I sent him a check for another $75 he would call it even, send the paperwork, and even give me the same deal next year. I told him I was not paying him another dime. He got angry and said fine I'll send the paperwork, but we don't want your business again. I agreed and made him state again that he would send the paperwork that afternoon. He agreed and hung up on me.

I received a call from the city in the morning stating that they had not received the paperwork and that my water was going to be shut off. I went to my store to verify the water was off & immediately drove to 516 S. Military Hwy, the office of A-1, to speak to Jimmy.
I was buzzed into the office, and I asked to speak to Jimmy. I was told he was in a meeting. After waiting for twenty minutes, I stood up to ask one of the people in the office how much longer it would be. A lady sitting at a desk was startled because she did not notice me before, and asked who I was. I stated that I was waiting to speak to Jimmy.
She asked repeatedly what I wanted, and I told her that I was an unhappy customer who wanted to talk to Jimmy about some paperwork that he said he was going to send to the city the day before. She apparently was the person I spoke to the day before, because she realized who I was and immediately started cursing at me and yelled for Jimmy.
Jimmy came out of the adjacent room, and after she told him who I was, he immediately screamed at me to get out, threatened to call the police, and threatened to fight me. I asked him why he lied to me about sending the paperwork, and reminded him that he promised me he would send the paperwork. He stated I'm not sending the city anything. and again screamed at me to leave.
I left the building immediately. I called my landlord and told them what was happening. They gave me a number to a plumber that they contract with, and that plumber called Stephen Motley from the city of VA Beach, so that he could turn the water back on and we could complete the inspection. The plumber arrived at my store within the hour, and the inspection was completed again. I faxed the paperwork to the city, and the problem was resolved.
I have all dated documentation, recordings and notes of this incident as proof.

Called for some help with plumbing under my sink. The lady on the phone stated that he could come to help that night. I received another call saying he would be there in about an hour and a half or so and would call when he was on his way. After two and a half hours with no call, I called back. She said he was still on the other job and would call when he was done. I stayed up till midnight with no call and no show. Initial call was make at 5pm. Taking my business somewhere else. Really wanted to support local business. He did call the next day at 1000 but it was too late.

This company was once excellent at Customer Service and Performance, however staff turnover in recent years has obviously turned it into a bottom of the barrel plumbing outfit.
I set up a service appointment on a Monday in early February 2018 for an 8-10 AM window on Friday morning. 10 AM came and went on Friday - no call, no tech. Called their service line myself and was told All service techs are currently on jobs. Once one is free, they'll come by. Maybe in a hour.
11 AM came and went, then 12PM, 1 PM...no call no, tech. Called the service line again and was fed the same worthless excuse. The techs are on jobs. I understand that if you're calling for same day service that there's going to be a wait. But setting up the appointment several days in advance for nothing more complicated than a clogged sink and then being ignored? Not acceptable. Complete waste of time.
Take heed - setting up an appointment in advance is a useless action with this company. Even if you schedule a visit days in advance, service calls are based on how close your address is in relation to the techs house. So even though I most likely planned a service call before anyone else was on the schedule, those who lived closer to the tech and called for service at any time would be seen first. And in my experience, all other companies I have dealt with at least have the decency to call you and say they will be delayed. You have to follow up with RR yourself apparently.
My time is valuable. Once upon a time, RR was the more cost effective choice among the more heavily advertised and expensive plumbers in the Hampton Roads area. At least those other companies actually show up and complete the work in a timely manner. Worse yet, however, is that RR is now JUST AS COSTLY as those number triple A brands. $500 to unclog a sink. Unreal.

They were over an hour late getting to my house, but once there, the service was top-notch. Technician was very friendly, very good at explaining the fees, and left me in better shape than I was in before he got here. Only real gripe is with the lateness. I'm willing to chalk that up to me calling them during the holidays.

Great experience from start to finish! Called on Mother's day because I thought my septic was full and over flowing. Bruce called his guys and tried to find someone that day, but was able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning. Guy (the person who came out to pump) was very nice and was very patient with all the questions I had about the system, he took time to explain and show me everything. If and when I need help again, they will be the first ones I call!!

Not recommended. Expensive, disorganized and unable to keep an appointment. This company rescheduled their visit 4 times before finally arriving at nearly 8pm days after the originally scheduled appointment.
1 Ingram Rd Building, Ste 5, Ste 5, Williamsburg, VA 23188
They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
Funny that 2 of the reviews are from Melissa Bond herself.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
