First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

Precision plumbing recently repaired several problems I had - wonderfully I might add! So yesterday I called about a hair trap to catch my long hair. Mr. Joey Pruitt, the Owner of Precision Plumbing, came by today and showed me an easy solution to prevent my hair from going down the pipes - At No Charge!  Wow my friends, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ron and his team are responsive, accurate, and friendly. He took a tough project and made it a success under budget and on time. That is saying a lot in this current day and age. The big guys do an ok job, but they hide many fees. Kings is what you see is what you get. A breath of fresh air.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced due to a leak.  They were quick to give an estimate and schedule me for the service.  I picked out my own new faucet from Home Depot and had it installed the next day! The technicians removed their shoes at the door and cleaned up everything behind themselves.  Everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend!

0 stars.  This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from a service contractor ever. Would not have been my choice however my warranty company chose them.
1. I setup an appointment asking that they have a sewer camera and I was told they did.
2. They show up at the house and I met them there with the plumber and helper left the door wide open while their exhaust fumes from old box truck smoked the house with carbon monoxide.
3.  Did not bother to cover dirty shoes and tracked grass and dirt all over my new carpet.
4. They did not have the camera I was assured they had and they proceeded to snake the line because it needed to be snaked in order for home warranty to cover.  I should have know and turned them away then.
5. Nevie Simmons gives me a quote for $1000 to camera $400, jack hammer $95, and labor 3 hours.  I asked for more details to be written out and they then inform me they don't have a camera and locater big enough for the line and proceeded to give me no additional details on work charged more for Jack hammer and labor hours.

Long story short- raised price when I asked for more details (bait and switch).  I got the home warranty/Nevie in and email stream and as the owner he was extremely unprofessional, made tons of excuses (no 1.5 camera, employee reprimanded, good luck finding a plumber to do the work less than 2k, he is a plumber and will not honor written mistakes), and belittled me until home warranty refunded my service fee and is just plain crooked.  Will never recommend or use a company that will not honor their word.  Imagine having to call them back for services performed.  Good luck if you use them

We are so pleased with the service provided by this company. Our system went kaput a week ago, and we were quoted astronomical pricing by other companies. I was feeling like we were being taken advantage of because it was still really warm outside and we were in desperate need to have the work completed.
Conyers Electrical treated us like family, gave us a price that was more than fair, AND installed the new system within two days!! I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was dripping and they fixed that too!! We will recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

They arrive promptly and on time young feller drove up very very carefully in his truck because it was wet and they performed pretty well with services for good price I'd recommend them for your plumbing needs

Very unprofessional! They say their coming and don't show, several days later they show up. We have to use them because of the gas co is using them as a contractor for the gas meters.  The work area was not left the way they found it, (leaving a gate open is a big no no!!!) and one of the workers did nothing but stand around smoking cigarettes on the property the entire time, and did I mention they are working with gas meters?!?!?  Would not recommend this company at all!

The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Communication was great and there was no pressure when negotiating the price. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend!

So I called on Wednesday afternoon about leaks under my kitchen sink and was told that a dispatcher would call me in the morning to schedule something. On Thursday morning she called and said that someone would be there on Friday morning at 7:30am for sure. At 7:30am on Friday she called and said they were having a meeting and she would call when someone was heading over...At 9:30 someone showed up, replaced a part that didnt need to be replaced and charged me an arm and leg.....argh. Not a good experience.

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

The technician was very timely and completed the work quickly. He walked me through the problem and gave me a detailed price explaination prior to starting the work. I was very satisfied and will definitely use the company again.

They were over an hour late getting to my house, but once there, the service was top-notch. Technician was very friendly, very good at explaining the fees, and left me in better shape than I was in before he got here. Only real gripe is with the lateness. I'm willing to chalk that up to me calling them during the holidays.

Great experience from start to finish! Called on Mother's day because I thought my septic was full and over flowing. Bruce called his guys and tried to find someone that day, but was able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning. Guy (the person who came out to pump) was very nice and was very patient with all the questions I had about the system, he took time to explain and show me everything. If and when I need help again, they will be the first ones I call!!

I called about a broken water heater this morning about 8:30 am. They said they would be able to come between 1 and 4 pm. Justin arrived at 1 pm. Quickly assessed the problem and my water heater was replaced with a new one. Everything was done in about 90 minutes. This included getting a new water heater form the warehouse, removal of the old water heater, and installation of the new one. Excellent service!!! Would highly recommend this company.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
