First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

After moving into my first home, the hot water would break within the first few days. After the plumber came and determined it was an electrical issue, Conyers electrical was there immediately and fixed the issues allowing me to take a hot shower in my new house after a long day of moving!! I had an issue with a running toilet, so I called Kings Plumbing. Ron was extremely friendly over the phone, and together we came up with a good date and time for him to show up. He even went the extra mile to make a note of when I wasn't available, and he let me know when things were running late and we were able to reschedule for later in the day. Ron and Steve came over to fix the issue-- not only did they fix my toilet extremely quickly, but they also gave me some tips on what may cause a toilet to run as well as a quick tutorial on how to safely replace the flush valve. Kings Plumbing is an excellent service run by friendly and respectful people, and I would be sure to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Going to give a 3/5 as owner Jim was very responsive. However, in my opinion his services are a bit pricey. Thus the 3/5. rating. I called him as a neighbor had recommended him on the Nextdoor app. One of the toilets in our house was running, hissing noise in tank. He replaced the  rubber flapper and a plastic part (fill value) in the tank of my toilet for $260. He arrived at my house, left for 10 minutes to pick up a part, and returned to complete the job. Total time at my house and to pick up part was roughly 30 minutes. Invoice included service call charge of $65. Labor of $145, and materials and handling of $50. I'll let others decide whether that is a fair price. Just thought I would post an my experience and provide pricing for this type of repair in advance.

These guys were great. Another contractor doing some work discovered a leak that caused them to have to pause their job. I called Precision and they were out first thing the next day. They gave me a price up front that was very fair, got the work done in an hour, and did a fine job. They were extremely friendly, personable and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them for plumbing needs.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced due to a leak.  They were quick to give an estimate and schedule me for the service.  I picked out my own new faucet from Home Depot and had it installed the next day! The technicians removed their shoes at the door and cleaned up everything behind themselves.  Everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend!

I called and spoke to a friendly woman. She told me they were backed up and could not come for over a week. I said no problem I could wait. I scheduled my appointment. However, then they Did not show for scheduled appointment or return call when I called them.

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

He forgot the appointment. When I called to see where he was he admitted so and seemed like he had just woken up. I hung up the phone because it was my break from work. He sent me a nasty text message in return telling me to keep my little pennies. Unprofessional

My first impression and recent experience with A1 was a positive one.
There was a problem with a backup at a rental and the cause required extra work.
I was given two quotes and the tech advised which to go with first to deal with the clogging and that seems it was the right choice.
They're communication with the tenants and myself was excellent.
Customer Support (Michelle) and Production Mgmt (Tim) answered all my concerns and the Techs even provided photos on the job...that was very helpful

Called for some help with plumbing under my sink. The lady on the phone stated that he could come to help that night. I received another call saying he would be there in about an hour and a half or so and would call when he was on his way. After two and a half hours with no call, I called back. She said he was still on the other job and would call when he was done. I stayed up till midnight with no call and no show. Initial call was make at 5pm. Taking my business somewhere else. Really wanted to support local business. He did call the next day at 1000 but it was too late.

We have an update on our review we posted 12/14/2014. We are not sure if this is result of our name being selected for a refund but the General Manager for Roto Rooter contacted us to say they are going to refund us 75.00. We think this is for the visit Saturday and not the visit in October but we were impressed and pleased that these reviews are read and we told him we would update and promised all of you that we would let you know if we were selected for the up to 500.00 refund for writing a review. The manager said we would receive this refund after they close out on Wednesday and asked that we did update this post and they will send the check so we will await the check and happy they took the time to call and rectify.

I don't intend to use them again.  A solenoid valve broke in my shower.  A technician came to the house and walked in with his wet shoes.  Then he charged me $400, $65 which was for the part and the rest labor!  Less than a month later it broke.  Another tech came out and he was extremely rude, especially after I told him he needed to put the booties on his feet.  He also refused to provide warranty repair services because he claimed it was broken by the black residue in my water.. even though the part was never exposed to water!  He left and 20 minutes later the doorbell rang and he asked to see my water heater.  He looked at the water heater and determined the residue might be coming from the tubes connected to the water heater because they were rubber insulated.  We thanked him and then took our business to A1 Plumbing and Heating.

Few things to point out
1. Roto rooter works on commission, so when the plumber came back to fix the WARRANTIED part, he earned nothing, hence why he came back trying to fix something else
2. DELTA faucets and parts are lifetime warranties
3. He was offended when asked to put booties on his wet muddy feet

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Funny that 2 of the reviews are from Melissa Bond herself.

Rude, rude, rude!!!! Do not let Jim Holloman into your home!

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
