Best Drain Repair in Chesapeake VA

Tim is a big deal!  He gave me a specific time he'd arrive (I didn't have to sit at home for a 4-6 hour waiting period or ANY period of time); he was on time; he was professional; he is very capable (located & fixed toilet leak that previous plumbers couldn't troubleshoot) and removed and replaced substandard caulking around tub, and additional caulking where linoleum floor met tub.  His fee was reasonable and my house is now ready for open house sale this weekend!  He is a gem of a contractor!

First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

My parents had us all in town for Thanksgiving.   On Black Friday, my dad and his neighbor worked all afternoon trying to fix the plumbing problem from the outside by snaking all the vents.  By 4:30 pm it was pretty clear it was time to call a professional.  My sister first called a competitor, but something told me to try and find another plumber.  I'm so glad I did!

Melissa, the dispatcher, answered the phone.  She was very pleasant and genuinely concerned.  She said she'd call Mike who was already out working a job.  He eventually called us to say he had another job before reaching us.  Unfortunately, it meant we had to wait a few hours, but the service we received was totally worth the wait.  My dad said Mike was a true professional, he talked to my dad as he worked through the problem each step of the way.  After an hour and a half, our plumbing problem was fixed and at a very reasonable rate.  My mom even gave Mike a plate of cookies to show her appreciation.

When someone treats my parents as well as Mike (and Precision Plumbing) did, I have to let others know about them.  I highly recommend them!

Last year Kings Plumbing rescued my son's apartment from some seriously clogged drains and earned my trust as they were professional, efficient and kind.  I knew that my son would need a few upgrades in the future and when it was time, who we would go to was never in doubt.  They replaced his garbage disposal and his hot water tank.  Our before-service conversations were warm and pleasant.  Measurements were taken and other details were discussed so that the day of installation could go as smoothly as possible.  The day of repairs went so smoothly.  Professional, courteous and on time.  This is a company that takes care of its customers, respects their time and ensures quality installation and understanding of the process.  Thank you so much!

Thank you to Brandon who was very quick to locate the problem and fix it he had all the materials necessary and was very effective in communicating back to us where the problem stemmed from. Will recommend to anyone. I called at 8am this morning Brandon was ON time at 1pm and was done and out in a little over an hour would've been faster if I wasn't bugging with a hundred questions. He was very understanding and patient.

Rude when driving! They purposely cute me off on the road, and you think I would hire them. forget about it. It speak volume about their customer service.

I called A-1 at 9:00am after having a busted pipe in my bathroom, the water had to be shut down in our whole complex (12 different condos) the operator said a plumber would be out in 20 minutes. An hour later I got a call saying the plumber was in the tunnel and will be there shortly, The plumber finally got to my house at 10:55am. After 3 hours of being in the bathroom he leaves, comes back and tells us, I should have done a patch job because it would have been an in & out job less than an hour, but since I didn't I now don't have enough pipe and have to go back to the warehouse. (in Virginia Beach, I live in Newport News). I tried to call the office and was given excuse after excuse. The plumber left and went to the VB warehouse and then came back to my house the plumber was gone for more than hour, yet only ONE HOUR was taken off my bill. Our Home Owner Association told us they were to be billed, yet we receive a call from the office saying our HOA refused to pay. We paid the $675 bill and contacted our HOA the next morning and the HOA explained to the office they needed to review the bill before paying. Dealing with A-1 was a complete nightmare from having a plumber who could have done the job in an hour to making it a 6 hour job to the office being dishonest with us just to get paid right away. We will never deal with A-1 again!

My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on the side the disposal was on.  I called, Bob arrived within the hour and had it fixed within an hour for a good price. This is the third time I have used Bob and will not even call other plumbers in this town. He is the only one I have run into that refuses to charge extra for night or weekend trips. He is always punctual and so nice. The only time he was ever late was when he got hung up on another job. But you have to expect that will happen from time to time. He is a one man show. If there were more stars I would give them.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service.  When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away.  The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home.  They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems.  I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then.  I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all.  I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call.  I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Waited until the end of the business day on a Friday to call and say they can't make it until Monday.

The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Communication was great and there was no pressure when negotiating the price. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend!

I had an appointment and a roto rooter person shows up. However, he was not the plumber. He was an estimator who wanted me to call my insurance company on the spot to see if they would cover ripping out my ceiling for water damage! I called and canceled for the plumber to come. What a waste of time!

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
