I called ALI-COR plumbing after being scammed by a different plumbing company that was sent to my house by my home warranty company.
I was very wary of the entire situation until Brandon showed up. After explaining to him what had happened, he was very reassuring that he would be able to fix my leaking shower pipes without a problem. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the leaking pipe to us and had no problem pausing his work to let us take pictures so that we could have all the info and proof we needed to file a second claim with our home warranty company. Besides being genuinely friendly and reassuring, Brandon did a great job fixing our shower and we are very satisfied with his work.
We would definitely recommend to a friend, and plan to use ALI-COR in the future for any other problems that arise.

I have to give one stop plumbing 5 stars!  Used home warranty and initially got referral to another competitor that took weeks to make initial contact.  Ask to be transferred and one stop picked up the job.  Tiffany is a service rep and her customer service was the best I have received in years.  Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement.  There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running.  I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family.  Their staff understands the service industry and gets it right.  Hard working Americans!

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

My parents had us all in town for Thanksgiving.   On Black Friday, my dad and his neighbor worked all afternoon trying to fix the plumbing problem from the outside by snaking all the vents.  By 4:30 pm it was pretty clear it was time to call a professional.  My sister first called a competitor, but something told me to try and find another plumber.  I'm so glad I did!

Melissa, the dispatcher, answered the phone.  She was very pleasant and genuinely concerned.  She said she'd call Mike who was already out working a job.  He eventually called us to say he had another job before reaching us.  Unfortunately, it meant we had to wait a few hours, but the service we received was totally worth the wait.  My dad said Mike was a true professional, he talked to my dad as he worked through the problem each step of the way.  After an hour and a half, our plumbing problem was fixed and at a very reasonable rate.  My mom even gave Mike a plate of cookies to show her appreciation.

When someone treats my parents as well as Mike (and Precision Plumbing) did, I have to let others know about them.  I highly recommend them!

I have a real dilemma. My downstairs bathrm, which is a very small add on Was leaking due to the wax ring being worn. Micheal and Sons put on a wax ring. However, the tile has water under it, the grout is chipping. Needless to say our subfloor is taking a hit. We are in a fix having already spent over $3,000.00.(a long story) we can't afford another penny. Outstanding service!!! I bought a new hot water heater from Home Depot and had a local company come out to install it. Two days later my unit was leaking and after that company came out to trouble shoot I was told the worst and how much it would cost since the unit was bad. Remember, I said new unit from Home Depot so I called the warranty company and here comes John from Dynamic. John basically discovered that I was about to be ripped off.... No new water heater needed only the touch of a true professional and my family and I are completely satisfied. If you are looking for some down home straight up quality customer service; look no further that Dynamic! They are my go to from here on out and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Horrible service had a contract to be done in two day trusted him to be done left my bathroom unfinished no shower door no molding no vanity install no light install now he's not answering the phone he was paid in full which Is particularly my fault for trusting this brother Do not give this dude no money until your work is complete I'm now finishing my own bathroom I really hated to go this route but I'm out of money don't have anymore to pay any other contractors to come and finish this job

I have had the best experience with A1 Sewer and Drain and Aaron.  A leak was discovered in my main sewer line yesterday.  I was able to get an appointment right away.  This morning on the way I had a confirmation that they were en route and even a photograph of my technician.    Aaron was really amazing.  He came thing this morning.  Looked at the damage and explained to me what was found and what needed to happen for the repair to completed.    It was all done in a little over an hour and was much less than I had budgeted for.    I have a few more small projects in my home where I will need a plumber and I will definitely be calling A1 Sewer and Drain again and requesting Aaron.   Great customer service and great value.

Prompt and professional service.  Though price was more than double than I expected for simple drain cleaning.  Will have to look for more reasonably priced company next time.

My toilets/shower were completely clogged and needed to have my septic tank emptied and have my lines cleared ASAP. Called and they were able to come out same day  Jacob and Stephen were extremely polite and explained everything they were doing and did not mind me asking questions. Would highly recommend them and will be using their plumbing services soon!!

They will blow you away with there prices . Best to shop around for better pricing . And the guy didn't even complete his job I had to clean up his mess .

These folks do good work but are extremely OVERPRICED !
Their plumber fixed my cracked cast iron drain line in under four hours and charged $1650 !
The problem is their pricing.  Each task is priced as a stand alone job as if they were on an individual house call! and then are added together, regardless of efficiency of combining work.
They are not willing to negotiate, either.
Also, when I called to complain, my first call was not returned by  Brittany, and I had to call back and explain my concern to a second person who said, they basically didn't care and the pricing was firm.
yes, they also try to sell additional services no requested.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.

This review is for customer service only, it is not a review for actual service .  First issue I called 9/26 552pm, spoke with a woman said plumber would come to my home the next day but no time. 9/27 I call again 236pm woman tells me she has no record of me she will have scheduler call me right back.  No call. 9/28 I get a text plumber is come to my house today 11-3 I call them because I  have a VA appointment as I am a disabled veteran woman tells me well I emailed you at 5 am she told I'm a last priority due to home warranty
