Update! Hopefully your air doesn't go out on a Sunday, because unless you're on their maintenance program they will not service you! I used to recommend them to everyone but that will stop!

I don't really know how to reply to a comment on here, but when its 110 outside waiting to fix the a/c till the next day is not really an option! I'm sure you wouldn't want to live in that heat for 24 hours either. I appreciated a call back (even though you had a pretty snarky tone about the fact that we had called several times trying to get someone on the phone) and the offer to schedule the next day (although again, not very helpful) but I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters (AP) is on my list of vendors to call. Yep, I created a list of go to vendors so that I'm not scrambling when, not if, our home needs servicing. I love how responsive/communicative AP is. I get a text telling me the time slot I am in and providing a picture of the service person that will be in our home. Now, as to pricing...I don't know if I would say AP is the most affordable, but I am a firm believer in the mantra You get what you pay for. I will always call on AP, unless/until I can afford them. LOL.

Fantastic! Incredibly responsive and straight forward. Called, got a range of cost, and the issue was fixed.

Showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. They have good prices and did not try to rip me off.  The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed a few issues we had and the work was very clean. I will definitely use Plumbing 2.0 again for all future plumbing needs.

Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. When faced with a hard to find toilet flapper replacement, he didn't give up until he found the part necessary to complete the job. He completed several repairs inside and outside my home, and finished earlier than the estimated time he had provided prior to beginning the job. Kevin completed the repairs, nearly unheard and unseen, ensuring that he didn't disrupt our household. I highly recommend P&L Plumbing (and Kevin) for all your household plumbing needs!

Freddy is professional, knowledgeable, capable, determined and GREAT at doing his job. He identified the problem and did EVERYTHING possible to resolve the problem. He actually cared and was persistent & persevering in his quest to fix the problem. He had the customer's best interest in mind and I as the customer truly appreciated his effort, hard work and his ability to see the job through to a successful end. In addition, I found Freddy to be a very nice guy. I highly recommend Freddy & his service to anyone who wants the Best possible person to fix their drain problem. I sincerely mean everything I have written here.

I called Larry early on a Monday morning for a basement that was taking on water.  He came out right away and was very knowledgeable and replaced my ejector pump and dealt directly with the home warranty company. I was surprised by how smooth the whole process went.  I felt like Larry really cared and he had some great suggestions about what to do in the future.  Top notch service!

I was having some water damage on my master shower called up Plumber Response Team and Craig came out within the hour and got the ball rolling strait to the point a pleasure to work with highly qualified and recommended

This guys are awesome. We've used them 2 times both in emergency cases. Pete even picked up the phone in his day off to make sure my business was taken care off. I've used a lot of plumbers over the years and these guys are honest and fair.

Staff is friendly and guess what.... they actually return calls and are nice to their customers.

Austin's showed up shortly thereafter - he -for a young man , had an unprecedented amount of knowledge about plumbing.

Austin felt it was only fair to not charge me because - it was NOT BROKEN...just needed a lowering of the h20 levels - in the new toilet !

I had a great experience with Don the sales person when he worked up my quote. I told him I would need to think about it and figure out which unit I would be getting. The price and warranty was the biggest factor for me. Don called a few days later for a follow up.

Today Mike and DeeJay came out to replace my air conditioner that was 20+ years old. Both were very professional and helpful in explaining everything they were going to do. They completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up before the left. I am very happy with the work that was done inside and out.. They even helped me set up my wifi thermostat. I will refer Precision Air to others.

There Was a small problem the first time they came out. However,  After calling their office and talking to Danielle, they got some of the write out the same day worked on the drain got it cleared to my expectations. Are very professional and cleaned up that after themselves very well. I would've given it five stars if it was taken care of the first time.

Tech Junior is awesome ! Knowledgeable and very patient! He explained why everything that he replaced needed to be done and it was all covered under my warranty
