Best System Maintenance in Chandler AZ

My boyfriend and I called Hays for an estimate on a new 18 & 20 seer Trane. They sent out Jim and wow we could not have got any luckier with a guy who was personable and very thorough. Jim took the time to check everything in my house from the attic to the condenser outside, he was the first person from any company I've had to be thorough and not just throw numbers at me with a pen and piece of paper saying if I don't sign now I'll pay more later. Jim is awesome I learned a lot about how a system works today we are very impressed with him and it reflects well on Hays. Not to mention Hays offered more on the install by replacing everything not just the air handler and condenser but the pad the disconnect box and all new sheet metal and quoted me the most reasonable price. Thanks Jim for your knowledge and taking the time to make sure I understood every aspect of the replacement!!! I look forward to doing business with Jim and Hays!

Well, after 20 years it was time to replace my old water softener. I referenced Yelp to find the right company. That Company was American Home, Water & Air. I was not disappointed. The office staff was friendly and had me in the schedule right away. Before they arrived, I received a text saying that they were on the way. Not only that, but I was given the service persons name and photo. The notification even allowed me to track his vehicle. Fidel arrived right on schedule and wore his mask the entire visit. I appreciated that. I am a stickler for jobs being perfect. Fidel did just that. In about an hour I had my new water softener perfectly, cleanly and professionally installed. The only con was that there was no secure way to pay with my card. I had to give all my card info to the Technician. A machine might be more secure. American Home, Water & Air gets an A+ from me. It's nice to find a company that you completely trust. I will use them again for any water conditioner or AC needs. Thanks folks!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

I would definitely recommend WH&T and especially 5 star service from Trevor!

I just had the great pleasure of hiring Michael Beach and his son to repair an issue in my house.  They responded to my emailed query immediately, sent a very reasonable estimate, and accepted the job without question.  They were prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would and took care of our issue efficiently and professionally and without changing their estimate even after they realized the problem was a bit more difficult than they first thought.  I could not be happier that I have discovered Beach Plumbing and before they left the house I showed them another project and asked for a bid.

Be sure when you use the Yelp system to contact them, unclick other contractors in the communication box unless you wish to receive multiple bids.  I highly recommend Beach Plumbing.

They are quick to answer the phone and fit me into their schedule extremely fast. Robert is usually my tech and he is the best! He fixes all my plumbing issues promptly and keeps me informed about costs and processes so I can make informed decisions. On my most recent maintenance call, Robert flushed my tankless water heater, fixed a leaky sink and helped reconnect my shower water lines. Cannot thank this family enough for always promptly and cost-effectively helping fix my plumbing problems.

These guys are top notch, a 5 star company. Service with a smile, experience, explains what he is doing as he diagnosis and explains the fix. Pin pointed the water leak. Had the replacement fitting on his truck so no returns. I highly recommend this company. This was my situation, water dripping from my AC vent in the laundry room, first thought was how the hell will this get repaired if it's between floors. I was thinking My ceiling  drywall was going to be demoed but, he did have to cut and saw to find the leak but it is what it is, he did a great job the leak was at the tee fitting behind the wall. Thanks Carter and thanks Morning, you are now my go to guys.

Justin Cook got our AC up and running and was able to diagnose the problem quickly.  The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is that he didn't have the part he needed on the truck so he had to come back the next day to finish the job which meant no AC overnight.  But he was great!

I've had Kurt work on several projects around my home from plumbing, replacing sprinkler box, repairing bathroom sink, re-keying doors - he does it all!  He is dependable, honest and takes great pride in his work. Five stars for sure!

This review is long over due! I contacted Sam for services about 2 months ago. I needed my drain pipes in my restrooms shortened to accommodate some IKEA vanities I purchased. I can't praise Sam and is son enough! Both were kind, knowledgeable and explained all the work that was being done. The pricing was super reasonable and they arrived when they said they would. To my surprise, they completed the job in less than an hour and this includes the time it took for them to go to the hardware store for specific material required for my job.  When they were done and it was time to pay, Sam charged me less than what was originally quoted! It was great to work with individuals that value honesty! I will definitely request more assistance from this company! I'm actually going to start a new request now... the service was excellent! My water heater needed to be replaced and it was Sunday and I was expecting company the next day ( Monday)  I felt panicked and anxious knowing that my company would want a hot shower after a long long drive! I scheduled an appointment Sunday night for Monday morning which I thought I would never be able to get !! I was pleasantly surprised!!  And sure enough bright and early Monday morning joe Pompa my plumber shows up at my doorstep ready to get to work!!! Joe saved my butt!! Plumbing issues at 5am are probably one of the worst things I've woken up to and I am so glad that Plumbing Medic was able to come by a few hours later to check out our issues, give a quote and actually complete the work same day. Eddie was our technician and he was so professional and nice. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing any unnecessary products or services he even reset my water pressure which was set way too high. This company was fantastic and truly cares about its customers. I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, but if you have them call these guys!
