Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Chandler AZ

Please allow me to paint a picture for you. It's December, my wife and I have recently welcomed our second daughter into the world and on the morning of our second day home from the hospital our central heating goes out.

Now I know it's Arizona and yeah it doesn't get that cold however this is 2 days after we get home with a baby that had an extended stay in the hospital due to some complications so naturally my wife and I are a bit on edge about this issue.

We have heard rave reviews from everyone who has worked with the Hays family and they were all correct. We reached out and they made space in their busy schedule on the same day, even having their technician Mark work late to resolve our issue and get us back up and running same day!!

To summarize, clean technical staff, fair prices and exceptional service from a locally family owned business!!

This company deserves all the positive reviews they have accumulated over time. I need to call out a couple of their staff by name, because they deserve that type of recognition.  First off, the gal servicing the calls from the front office - Trista - is an absolute gem.  I had an unusual situation involving a duct problem (non-HVAC, instead it involved my dryer's duct vent).  Trista explained that it wasn't a common repair or something that AZ's DoA typically service, however, she understood I was reaching all over AZ for a fix with no success; she was determined to find me a solution.  Where does anyone even come across this level of customer service nowadays?  Trista sent me her ace who she concluded if anyone can figure out a solution for your problem, it's Chris.  Chris came out and provided a very honest assessment and explained that given the nature of the problem and it's location in the sub-floor of our two-story home, it would be in my best interest to have a handyman perform the repair or consider an alternative solution.  Chris went over and beyond to recommend a solid reference to have it corrected.  

This company's concern for my unique duct problem, beginning from the front desk (Trista) to the their field tech (Chris), is a testament to their integrity and care for the community they serve.  AZ's DoA could have simply told me what so many other companies told me we don't service or make repairs involving non-HVAC ductwork... sorry. Click.  Instead AZ's DoA bent over backwards to find me a remedy.  If they went over and beyond to address an issue outside their expertise (HVAC), it's no wonder why they have so many positive reviews involving air conditioning and heating needs - it's all because of Trista and Chris!  : )  J/K  I'm sure the entire team is just as commendable.  Thank you AZ's DoA!

I use these guys for anything related to my AC/Heat Pump or plumbing and they have aways come though big time. Honest, dependable, good value. Robert came yesterday to check out out two AC units and gave us a passing grade (whew). He was great; explained things, very thorough and nice guy. I'd recommend this outfit highly. And Jeanette who somehow coordinates all the activity is such a sweetheart. Scott too was excellent with our Soft water replacement.

My warranty company, Fidelity National, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our dead 65 gallon electric unit with a 75 gallon electric unit.   The Technician was VERY helpful and was going to do research on a few 75 gallon units that would fit in our water heater build out based on brands they are contracted with that provide 75 gallon tanks.   Within an hour I receive a call from the warranty company saying they were told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and install a gas or solar unit.   My husband, who dealt with the tech, called back to the 800 number to find out what happened.   He was told we do NOT install anything above 50 gallon tanks.   REALLY?   You took a work order that was specifically for a 75 gallon tank when you do not offer that service.   Now we are down for the weekend - cold showers!  Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

I have never had a more honest, informative home repair company period, as this company!  I have been a homeowner for 30 yrs.

I cannot believe the workmanship, response time (everything!) of Kevin who was my plumber.  This was a leak behind an inside wall that you can barely see after he was done, no drywall repair needed!

We've used ASAP for general plumbing needs for the past few years, and I am thoroughly satisfied with their services, their care, friendliness and business knowledge and expertise. We've had them fix multiple issues including our kitchen plumbing needs such as recently fixing our disposal replacing it with a 1/3 HP heavy duty, quiet drive, galvanized steel disposal. They removed existing apparatus, installed the appropriate lock mounts, disconnected and reconnected the waste line and tested for leaks professionally. They are my go-to for general plumbing issues - they're our go-to plumbing service company. Keep it up ASAP!

We called Instant Plumbing at 1:00 p.m., they said they could send Angel out in about 30 minutes.  I got 2 texts, the first one confirming arrival at 1:30 and the second one stating he was en route.  Angel arrived at 1:30 and it took him 30 minutes to fix the toilet that wouldn't flush.  Angel was friendly and provided speedy and accurate service.  Would highly recommend Instant Plumbing.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

We called because we had a new disposal installed and then dishwasher did not drain. We called Ron instead of coming out he said just knock the plug out of the new disposal and you should be fine saving us the expense of him coming out to do this. Very helpful and honest nice change of pace. One small piece of plastic ruined my husbands day and Ron made it better!

Second time having this company out to make plumbing repairs and another great experience!

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. I'll start with the company has great customer service, Unfortunately the units not so much! Extremely disappointed with the product. Spent $11K on 2 units 4 months ago. Downstairs unit has quit working AGAIN! (that's twice in a month) The new units are below average at best, My 25 year old units I replaced cooled my house better, the new units are not anymore efficient than the 25 year old units. Only giving 1 star because I had to in order to complete the review. Wishing I would have went with a name brand product.

When it rains it pours!

About two months after listing my house for sale I entered my garage to find that the massive water heater in the closet had blown a valve and was leaking all over the floor.  I called several different pluming companies and got quotes to replace and install a new water heater and ABC Plumbing was about $450 less than the next closest quote (Home Depot included).  They were out within 24 hours and installed the new heater and disposed of the old one for the quoted price.  I an very happy with their service and affordability and would highly recommend them.
