Richard was out today to do my yearly check on my heater.  He was friendly & courteous & here when they said they would be.   They do a great job!

Just had Dustin out to the house today. Our primary drain from the AC was blocked. Dustin was very professional and did a great job. My wife has posted the Dukes of Air phone number on our pantry door.  It's not easy to get listed on the door.  I originally selected Dukes of Air based on the five star rating from Yelp.  All the Yelp reviewers came through once again!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

After posting my initial review with a rating of 1, I called Zest Plumbing and Drain following their response, was immediately connected to the owner who provided an additional $500 refund. I still regard the cost as high but much more reasonable than assessed by his manager. I am impressed that they want to maintain high standards for their company's services and are responsive to customers' experience.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

Had a great experience with P&L. They installed a drop in sink for us and they did solid work for a fair price. I would go back to them again for future projects

My wife and I bought our first home and needed some quick repairs on a bathroom sink to replace some old parts. Called around and got some pretty high quotes then got in touch with Pink Plumbing. They quoted based on the job, not hourly rate and the price was more than fair. They had Lou come out very quickly and he did an awesome job and was extremely professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I was in a bind on a Sunday during the pandemic.   Using Yelp, I pinged 4 contractors and 1 was Freddy.  Bottom line up front?  He arrived as he stated he would and did an emergency repair for exactly what he quoted me!

We all do not want to need a plumber.  That said, Freddy was was amazing and professional.  He got the work done for a fair price, on a weekend.  Ty Freddy!!

Great service. Pre-appt plumber anticipated me needing a replacement water heater based on age. However after flushing and inspecting everything he was surprised to diagnose the unit as having a few years left.

I had them come clean a drain 1 month ago, it clogged, no warranty on service. they sold me on getting a camera to look at drain line and recommended a 1200 dollar power wash. Tody my regular plumber came out and we saw they missed a clump of root right near the clean out.  This company is a scam. My plumber of 16 years says the power wash is a scam. Beware

I called Precision Air & Heating after my ac started blowing warmer air. James S came out to take a look at what was going on within a few hours of calling Precision Air. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way he also provided great customer service. He is great at what he does and deserves kudos and then some for going above and beyond. He also had our AC going again within an hour of arriving to my home and with a new born that was great. Thank you James for your outstanding customer service and we will be requesting James to do our annual tune ups.

ABC plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They had great response time and could get to our house the following day. They helped fix an outside hose leak and were knowledgeable and quick.

I wish i could give them zero stars. I just had one of the worst experiences of my life with this company. Although I have no complaints about the actual service, the person that I had the displeasure of connecting with over the phone was one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. She began the call with a major attitude and refused to connect me to my service technician to discuss what was wrong with the property. I was told that I would not be able to speak with my service technician about his visit to our property. What kind of service company doesn't provide you details about the services they provide? It is absolutely ridiculous. It ended in a yelling match between her and I. I just don't understand how someone so rude and horrible could be employed by any company, let alone be the point of contact for a company. Zero stars for such a toxic employee.
