Great service.  Was expecting a long wait for service on the swamp cooler but was able to schedule it the same day.  Technician was knowledgeable, professional and had the unit working within two hours.  When I called their main office both people I spoke to were personable and pleasant.

Zach was willing to 1- wear a disposable mask I gave him so it was clean; 2- let me spray his shoes; and 3- let me give him hand sanitizer before he even came in my house. He let me set up my fans so the air circulated out of my house and stayed on the opposite side so we could manage social distancing. Zach was awesome! That's what I'm saying. Anyone taking the virus seriously and respecting customers fears and concerns wins 100 stars, in my opinion. Thank you!!! (Oh, and fixed the problem in maybe 10 minutes!)

Louie called me right back on a Sunday afternoon when our toilets refused to flush. He came right away and did a great job snaking the drains!

Prompt response to Request for Estimate, scheduled for a Mon a.m. repair, even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day), completed repair in less than 2hrs, and stuck to the estimate that had been provided.  Was advised by Tech that I would be notified via email with invoice; received email same day advising that IF I didn't pay by end of day, there'd be penalty charge -- would have been nice to have understood that up front ... but, all in all, will use again in the future.

Ten days since they were supposed to come, my heater is still not fixed. To make matters much worse, I can never get a straight answer about what is going on or when they are going to come back. They have stood me up five times. What a nightmare.

We recently moved into our house and had major plumbing issues. MGP is top-notch! They were so clean, professional, and helpful! My husband was deployed, and I'm nervous about letting people into my home, but I had no problem letting them in my home and leaving while they were here! We had Williams mechanical come out to give us an estimate on replacing our evaporative cooling system with HVAC.  Their representative was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and thorough in her explanation of everything we needed.  Her quote was very reasonable.  We wound up going with a different company, simply because we are already previous customers, but we would have no problem calling Williams if we ever need a different provider in the future.

The best service I have ever had for my home. Guy goes above and beyond to help when something goes wrong with my house. He has fast service and does a great job. Pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing or heating issues.

These guys are disorganized and it seems that they only have one screwdriver. One camera. One saw for the entire company.  They are very disorganized and the front office seems to make appts for crews assuming the one regular tip Phillips screwdriver will be available and not in Los Lunas if needed in rio rancho.

These guys took care of me in replacing a tankless water heater. Unlike dealing with the big companies this is dealing with the owner and one on one service.  I would highly recommend them.  I have used TLC and Wagner in the past and this company is much better- talk to Max

Diego and Isaac (Father and son team) did a great job with my faucets. They let me know what parts I needed to get, showed up on time, and finished the work in a timely manner. They also cleaned the area they were working in after they were finished.
