Best Electric Repair in Albuquerque NM

I am currently living out of state and I had a leak in our rental and Donner Plumbing came out within a day to fix the leak. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of which the job was completed. The price was great as well. I will always use Donner Plumbing!!

I have used #1 Plumbing, A/C, Solar, & Electric for several years for everything from installing a new AC unit, repairing & replacing an outdoor leaking copper pipe/valve, & annual service of both A/C & floor gas heaters. I have heard stories of people using private contractors & having disastrous results. That has never been the case with #1. They send technicians that are 100% qualified & who are extremely professional & efficient. Richard, who is the primary person I speak with on the phone, is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain technical details to me in terms that I can understand. Richard has a demeanor about him that exemplifies the professionalism of this service organization. Thanks to all of you for giving me the very best & exceeding my expectations.

It is always nice  when you find an honest professional in this town. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical..not sure what else, but in every instance John arrives with a smile, when he says he will. He completes the work professionally and with care. When you add reasonable prices to this mix, you end up with happy customers!

We tried to get our toilet to stop rocking. The bolt broke off when we tried to tighten it. When we removed the toilet we discovered that the toilet flange was completely rusted. We got the referral for Ramos Plumbing from our neighbor. They arrived exactly as scheduled and gave us an estimate. They happened to have a break in their other jobs so they were able to do the work right away.
We figured since they were already in there they could replace our leaky shower valves. Both jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and no mess left behind. They were so courteous. We are extremely pleased.

Jorge is the best!! Extremely customer focused, knowledgeable, dependable....quality work and fair pricing.  Anyone in need of plumbing services in the Albuquerque to Santa Fe area should absolutely call Castle Peak Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.  We wouldn't even think of calling anyone else!!!

Main line plugged, whole house on quarantine and they came out and fixed it next day. Easy no judgment and pricing was great! Will definitely use again since my kids love flushing anything but toilet paper.

We spent 35k to have Williams Mechanical replace three units three years ago; we had a very positive experience with this transaction. Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical.

I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they couldn't find the paperwork for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office. I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue.

If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

We have used MGP Mechanical for two complete HVAC replacements (one of which was to replace an evaporative cooler system) and to get a new water heater. Their service has always been exceptional: They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and deliver what they promise on time and on budget. Their work is neat and professional, and they clean up afterwards.

Recently we had a small problem (not their fault) with the HVAC system they installed early this spring, and they had a tech out within an hour or so to fix it, which he did promptly and with no charge.

It's a pleasure to deal with a contractor this professional and effective.

This group of people are the best HVAC people I have ever worked with. They are honest, friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and best of all, they are excellent at communicating with their clients. From scheduling and reminders to a call/text when they are in the way, they will always let you know what to expect. They show you parts that need replacing, but don't push you purchase. I wish all service businesses operated like these guys! Thank you Duke City!!

We were without hot water all weekend. On Monday I needed to find someone to replace our water heater (at a reasonable price) on the same day; as I was getting a bit ripe from lack of a shower. These guys jumped right on it and installed our new water heater. They were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all my questions and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely use them again!

Our pipe leaked and the guys from Dom's plumbing came out inspected the situation and fully helped us resolve everything!  Should we need any plumbers in the future we'll be calling Dom's first !  Thanks guys!!!

I wouldn't recommend this company. When I call about prices, they told me the diagnosis was for free. Well, now I have a bill of $90. When I called the owner, he was yelling at me and being disrespectful that I either pay or he will send the bill to collections. He only cares about money. Please, be aware!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed  eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing  flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless,  Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.

If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

Very disappointed with this place.  I do not recommend them.  Appointments repeatedly cancelled.  I have two different services booked and a warranty contract.  All the appointments have been cancelled at least once if not twice.  The service staff I have dealt with only once despite the number of appointment times that fill
My calendar.  They have been pleasant and nice.... But time is money and it is hard when they are cancelled so quickly.

The prices are competitive. The Plumbers are knowledgeable. The Technicians need to be more experienced. The customer service is below average.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Devon was really nice, showed up the same day, gave us a quote, got the half the work done the next day. We paid the full amount then (a mistake).

They never returned to complete the work. For over a week we agreed to a time to finish the work, and they no-showed every time, over NINE TIMES. Not even a call.

They eventually promised a refund if they didn't show up by 5pm to finish the work. They didn't show up or even call for that appointment either.

After we asked for our money back, andthey completely ghosted us--wouldn't return texts or answer calls.

I 100% believe they were willing to take our money and run.

We ended up having to issue a chargeback via the credit card we paid with. They only reason we got our money back was thanks to MasterCard also seeing through their BS.
