Best Electric Furnace Repair in Albuquerque NM

I just love these guys!  They are always on time (sometimes early!), do a great job and are reasonably priced.  I trust them completely!   I recommend them to everyone I know, and they have all been as happy as I have been.

Main line plugged, whole house on quarantine and they came out and fixed it next day. Easy no judgment and pricing was great! Will definitely use again since my kids love flushing anything but toilet paper.

I had a furnace replaced at my home, which turned out to be a very difficult job. I researched companies and received bids from 4. The price range was incredible! I chose Williams mechanical because their reviews, as well as price. Annette was incredible. Customer service of the highest quality! This company is responsive,efficient,honest and does five star work. Based on my experience I know they will stand behind their work. The job became more extensive than quoted, no hassles whatsoever she never changed the price on me.I highly recommend this company and when I am in need of any heating or cooling I will definitely be a repeat customer! They nailed it again!! Done right the first time honesty and integrity again this company is consistently honest and follows through. They're having to come out and fix other people's jobs that were not done right wish I would have found this company years ago. If you want to company with old school values and have honesty Integrity this is the company for you they're all very skilled and honest and very fast and efficient I just love my technician Josh very fast very efficient.. this time they had to repair the water heater vent pipe they've taken care of my sewer line issues and they have taken care of my swamp cooler issues and now they're taking care of my water heater issues. It is always nice  when you find an honest professional in this town. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical..not sure what else, but in every instance John arrives with a smile, when he says he will. He completes the work professionally and with care. When you add reasonable prices to this mix, you end up with happy customers!

Business is very unprofessional and very over priced. Contacted in for them to come out and my scheduled time was 2-4pm received a call at 3pm saying they will be here slightly after 4pm. I contacted in and left a voicemail at 5pm, and they did not show up until 6pm. Quote received was ridiculously high. Twice the national average nearly for the job, nearly 2x the cost for the same thermostat that can be picked up at best buy, $3850 for $1000 worth of material (which they say is because of labor but they already charged labor before). I contacted in for my parents as my parents are very old and can't handle the stress of contacting companies and was told this is not eligible for a military discount (even though my father is a 23 year air force vet) and its my parents house and the work is being done on my parents house. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overpriced.

Had Doms remove and replace our water heater, bathtub valve,  toilet valve and make a new garden hose spigot. As always, Don was timely his work good quality and he beat other proposals by about 10 percent.

Big job or small I can recommend Doms.

We were so happy with this company!  Justin came out, assessed the problem with our boiler and the proceeded to fix it.  We now have working heat and hot water again!!  We will definitely call this company with any future needs for our Heating, Cooling and Plumbing needs.

You can't go wrong with MMA Mechanical. Frank was prompt in responding and professional. The motor on our swamp cooler went out and he sympathized with us in this unbearable heat, quickly coming to the rescue. It's hard nowadays to find a knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable company so I'm writing this review to help others when looking for a good local company to turn to. Our A/C went out yesterday. I started a Yelp Service request and Big Bear was the first to respond with a Yelp message to call them. They answered their phone after regular business hours and got us on the schedule for later in the week. They called this morning to let us know they could move us up to this afternoon. They diagnosed, gave a quote, got the parts, returned a few hours later to complete the repair. Actual cost was less than the quote!! It was a big repair, we needed 7 lbs of expensive Freon, but our A/C is fixed in less than 24 hours from the time of our request. So happy. Very nice technicians and office staff. Thank you Big Bear!!

These guys are disorganized and it seems that they only have one screwdriver. One camera. One saw for the entire company.  They are very disorganized and the front office seems to make appts for crews assuming the one regular tip Phillips screwdriver will be available and not in Los Lunas if needed in rio rancho.

The worst plumbing company in ABQ.  SINGLE WOMEN BEWARE!!! Had an Apt. scheduled since begin of September to fix a leak. AB came out on 3 separate occasions. NO SHOWED to their final 4 apt.  to fix the original issue. 3rd apt. Art the owner said he would be out to completely fix the issue with the leak, TOOK THE DAY OFF and scheduled the water to be turn off with my condo's property management. The morning of, I called they said they were busy and would not be able to come until between 3-5. 6pm came and still no AB. When I called to ask when they would be coming I was told I don't know, they are busy. 3rd time, came out to repair leak but put the job off to turn on heat instead. Told me that my furnace would need to be replaced and that they do not make furnaces anymore so I would need to switch out my swamp cooler to central air. BS!!!!! 2nd time out, called because the leak that was scheduled for them to fix became worse and water was poring out of the wall on a Sunday at 10pm arrived at 12am. I told the tech where the water shut off was ( in neighbor's garage) Instead of listening to me he begin going through upstairs rooms. My sister was in her room with both doors shut unaware that they had arrived and was changing. The tech without knocking entered into her room while she was naked stood there then walked out. She started screaming at him, he came down the stair and quickly capped the leak off and left. The next day my sister called the office to have them document the incident as she felt very violated. The office woman told her that the tech was upset and it was her fault. My sister asked her to please remind her techs that when doors are closed to knock, she again was blamed for the incident. I called Art and he was very attentive to our concerns regarding what had happen to my sister and reassured me that he would personally work on our leak to keep us as customers. So we had them out again giving this company the benefit of the doubt. BIG Mistake... If you are a single female be careful of this company. They have no respect for their client's time or privacy and will try to take advantage on more then a financial level.

This company is a rip off!!!!  Called to have a damper installed, the tech came by took a picture of my swamp cooler sent it to his supervisor who gave me a quote of $1795 and the charged me $80 service fee for taking a photo.  I called TLC they did the job for $300.

I've used East Mountain Plumbing now on three (3) different occasions.  They are reliable, show up on time and have expert plumbers on staff.  Their rates are reasonable and they perform quality work.
