Best Water Heater Installation in Buffalo NY
Happens once in a while, water backs up into the stationary tub when line gets blocked by roots and whatnot from the house out to the front. Most recently, Plumb-Rite came out and cleared it. Snaked in both directions; from the 'cleanout' out to the street, and also back to the house. We were back online in about an hour. The guys were great. We've had them here before, and every time they were prompt, polite, professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Frank did a great job on both our major (replacing the pipe from the house to the main under the street) and our smaller jobs. He's been kind, friendly, helpful and professional.

We were calling plumbers 3 times a year to get the roots removed after the sewer would back up into our house and we'd have to clean it up. It was a miserable problem which 5 different plumbers tried to help us fix. All of them would recommend putting a camera down the pipe and quoted us up to 8,000 dollars to replace the pipe. Our neighbor has no intention of ever removing her tree, so we eventually had to do something.

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with. He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote. He returned to do work as promised and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

These guys were OUTSTANDING! I'm new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat.
Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM. They were still here 12 hours later in a snowstorm to make sure the system was running smoothly and the house and my family were safe THEN they were back at 7:45 AM on SATURDAY to finish up details. Thanks to all the guys at PCS who got us through this. What a pleasure.

He really saved the day as other companies were telling us it would be atleast 2 to 3 days before they could come. Will definitely call them again if further work is needed!

Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy company. The fact that they use two different business names should be a cue that maybe they are hiding the negativity that surrounds their business.
I was set up with them through my warranty company. They canceled my first appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive (I had taken off work) claiming a plumbing emergency. Rather than reschedule asap due to the inconvenience they caused, they scheduled me out another couple weeks.
Yet again, morning of the appointment (took off work again!) they called claiming a death in the family and canceled. Without further regard to my inconvenience, they scheduled another couple weeks out.
SHOCKINGLY, three days before the appointment they canceled claiming they were ending their relationship with the warranty company. I called the warranty company, they denied this.
Needless to say, this is not a company that conducts itself with any sense of professionalism. I'm glad they did not end up doing any work in my house; clearly they cannot be trusted.

Absolutely the worst company ever! They put in a new furnace, broke down within a year. Took twice for them to fix it right. Then the air conditioner was brand new installed by them and was suppose to be prepared for this summer. The guys took off the cover and did nothing more. Of course the air doesn't work on the hottest day. I call them to come repair it explaining that my son has a heart and lung condition and is having a hard time breathing. The refused to come fix it. We're rude to me and I only live a block away from the service centre. My home was 80 degrees. Had to take my son to a hotel for the night. Found out when an independent contractor came to look that they didn't fill it up and it's empty. Love the fact that they willingly took the money and didn't do the job right!

When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind... -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!

The absolute worst. Took 5 visits to try and fix a shower handle. After 5 visits I fired him and hired a competent contractor to fix his mistakes. He says he's going to be there and then no show, or call (twice). Brought his 7 year old son to the job for my wife to babysit while he worked. Black grime all over my drywall and shower enclosure. Solder drippings all over the carpet in the closet. He borrowed my flashlight and broke my drill bits and never replaced them. I wouldn't even hire this guy to change the washer on my garden hose. Proceed very cautiously with this company and hire at your own risk. No professionalism at all.
