John and Dave did a fantastic job with my plumbing issues: they showed up on time and replaced a sump-pump, fixed a leaking valve, and replaced a drain-pipe -- all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber!!

My dishwasher was backing up. He came and said that the problem was the garbage disposal. He used a tool and fixed it in less than a minute. He didn't tell me how much this would cost. He charged me $100 for literally five minutes worth of work time. My garbage disposal was bought new for 120. If I knew he would charge me $100 I would have bought a new one. I think they should disclose the cost to the customer before they proceed doing it.

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

Nick did an amazing job running a gas line for my bbq. He provided a quote quickly, did a phone consultation and answered a bunch of my questions over email. He did a very clean install, ensured it was hooked up safely and did a check of my water heater as well. He checked the meter and painted the rusted piping from the gas company. He was in and out with his assistant and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend him for all your gas needs!

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

These guys are awesome.  I just had them come in and replace my hot water tank with an new energy efficient one (not tankless) and update and add a new hook up for a new washer.  They had everything done in one day and it looked great.  I go the new washer delivered and had to call them to have it moved over more from where we put it.  They came out and within about an hour and half they were done and made sure everything was level and working great.  Every step of the way they talked to me about things and suggested what would work best in the area that everything was going in (which is a small room).  They are great and would definitely call them again.  Thanks guys for such great work.

I was contacted immediately, and given an estimate for the cat enclosure I had been trying to get built for two months.
The price quoted was extremely fair and much thought was put into the execution of the project. The job was completed two days later, and it turned out perfectly. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, and plan to hire them again.

Our first experience with 'The Plumber' was 3 years ago when we had a backup of the storm sewer into our basement. It was a Sunday night and they sent someone right out to clear it. The same thing happened more recently and again they came out promptly. Our latest issue was a clogged sewer line that goes beneath the basement floor. We had nightmare visions of having to dig up the basement floor because the sewer line pipe was rotted. They allayed our fears with an alternative line. Brian did a professional job, is friendly and has a delightful sense of humor. I understand that when people discover they need a plumber they may already be upset but plumbing is a skill that most of us don't possess.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind...  -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!

Anthony, due to the fact that you refuse to respond via text message or phone call I will be communicating with you here since this seems to be the only place you actually respond. Attached is a photograph of the documents pertaining to the legal action we have taken against you in state court from the New York State Attorney General. We have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a local lawsuit with the Amherst Town Court. Also, due to the fact my wife's doctor has informed us that our baby is showing signs of stress related developmental issues you are no longer going to have any contact with her whatsoever.
