don't use this company! sunset plumbing & fire protection. this company takes you money and forget about you. Paid them August 2nd 2016 it's now May 6th 2017 still waiting for them to get my plumber job inspected by Dept of Buildings NYC.

My dishwasher was backing up. He came and said that the problem was the garbage disposal. He used a tool and fixed it in less than a minute. He didn't tell me how much this would cost. He charged me $100 for literally five minutes worth of work time. My garbage disposal was bought new for 120. If I knew he would charge me $100 I would have bought a new one. I think they should disclose the cost to the customer before they proceed doing it.

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

Nick did an amazing job running a gas line for my bbq. He provided a quote quickly, did a phone consultation and answered a bunch of my questions over email. He did a very clean install, ensured it was hooked up safely and did a check of my water heater as well. He checked the meter and painted the rusted piping from the gas company. He was in and out with his assistant and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend him for all your gas needs!

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

They installed a split system air conditioning system with the picture frame fan unit inside the house. They were fantastic!!!! Showed up early. Very responsible and respectful of the house. I highly recommend them.  The two men were professional and efficient.would have them do work her again

After a rough week of a flooded basement and a hot water tank going because of the flooded basement. They made replacing my hot water tank so easy. Their technician Keith was just wonderful. They got to my home quickly and made sure it was done correctly. Not only that it was a lower price than everyone else for the same hot water tank. Thank you! Job well done!

Absolutely the worst company ever! They put in a new furnace, broke down within a year. Took twice for them to fix it right. Then the air conditioner was brand new installed by them and was suppose to be prepared for this summer. The guys took off the cover and did nothing more. Of course the air doesn't work on the hottest day. I call them to come repair it explaining that my son has a heart and lung condition and is having a hard time breathing. The refused to come fix it. We're rude to me and I only live a block away from the service centre. My home was 80 degrees. Had to take my son to a hotel for the night. Found out when an independent contractor came to look that they didn't fill it up and it's empty. Love the fact that they willingly took the money and didn't do the job right!

The crew that came in to replace three exterior lights that we supplied and I must say they did an excellent job. It's the pricing we disagree with. They charged me $159.00 for each light to be installed, with taxes over 500.00. We just moved into this home a few months ago. At our last home our electrician would come in to do multiple jobs and give us a flat rate. I have looked into this and the job should have only cost no more than $300.00 plus taxes. When I called Reliance to complain I was told that they charge by the light and do give flat rates. That's fine we do not need use Reliance.

Paid Anthony over $600.00 in advance in November to plow my elderly mother's driveway and he did not show. His voicemail is always full and you will need to call several times to ask him to plow. Anthony did show 4 times last year but it was 6 to 8 hrs after calling him. This company will take your money and then only show when you call several times. I will not use this company again.
