Best Outlet Repair in Washington DC
Danny and the team at Reddick and Sons are exactly what you'd want in a plumbing/HVAC/ company. They are honest and professional, and their service is always outstanding. They always clearly explain the problem and provide you with options to address it. There's nothing worse than an HVAC system going down in the middle of summer in this area. I will definitely be going with them again if any issues come up. Fantastic!

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck, and replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom.
The first three quotes were from high end remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive plan of attack from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated.
Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the high end contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials.
First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation.
After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom.
The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate.
As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house.
They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done. They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed.
I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you.
And, Geoff, Mark, & Brian, our new master bathroom looks and functions beyond our expectations. Thank you!

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer. He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

I needed help installing my Nest Thermostat in my apartment unit. I tried myself but blew a fuse (whoops). Jason came out and walked me through what to do and had it up and running in no time. He did a great job and I am satisfied with the service. The pricing was upfront and transparent and I feel very fair. I would recommend them to anybody in need of HVAC service. Five stars!

Was asked to provide a credit card to put on file just for them to come by and provide and estimate. Logically that doesn't make sense when they mention free estimates. Would be happy to support and hire a veteran owned company only if the estimate could be provided with out payment information put on file first.

Amazing service and attention to detail. I really enjoyed working with Francisco and was very satisfied with the results. They did a whole bunch of stuff, power wash and sealing, painting and replace rotten wood, paint cabinets, add backsplash, and remodel 3 bathrooms. They worked nonstop for 12 days, including the 4th of July. These guys are hard workers! I will use them again and you should too!

Did an awesome job in my home!! The worker hung my tvs FAST and effectively, as well as fixed a few other problems around the house. Prices were reasonable!! Work EXCEPTIONAL!! Will definitely use them again and recommend to ALL!!!

I had a reasonably adequate experience with an HVAC project - they were only able to do about half of what they originally said they could do to address some vent and noise issues and I'm pretty sure they overcharged for what they did do, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
HOWEVER, my experience with an electrical project this month was absolutely abysmal. The electrician completed half the project, then lied to me about the scope of what was needed to complete the project. After four phone calls asking to speak with someone about scheduling an appointment to finish the project, a manager still has not called me back (each time I called I was told the manager was just finishing up for the day and would call the next day).
Stay far away from this company.
