Best Electrical Panel Installation in Washington DC
Highly recommend reddick & sons. Our technician Joe was one of the best contractors we have ever had. He was honest, thorough and did such a great job with the gas and plumbing in our home. Would use them again. Their communication was great and the ladies I spoke with over phone were helpful especially Cherrelle(sorry if miss-spelled)

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer. He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

These people don't show and don't call when they don't. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 12, , and they did not come and did not call. I got a call after I got a message from them claiming they were supposed to be coming later. That was just not true. I called another electrician.

JA Painting took such good care of me and my deck looks amazing. They came on Wednesday for an estimate and got right to work, wrapped the project up Saturday and came back today to put all the deck furniture back on for me. They replaced some boards and planter boxes, sanded, and gave it two coats for a very reasonable price. I am so happy it was such a smooth and easy process. As a military spouse and working mom I felt I was in really good hands and totally trusted them to be taking care of me even when I wasn't home. You won't regret it!

We recently had several folks to come out to quote us on a rather large job to convert the house from heating oil to electric heat. I've seen several reviews that stated M&S was overpriced, but having gotten other quotes they were in the exact same area as other folks. So either we're getting screwed by any/all heating/cooling folks, or it's just in my case they were the same, maybe a tad lower. In any case, we ended up going with M&S because we liked the Carrier units they were going to install, the warranty that game with, and, frankly, we felt comfortable with Frank D., who came out to provide the estimate and answered all our questions. Mostly because he was fairly matter-of-fact and not sales-y.
Once we agreed to move forward they scheduled our work for a couple days later. That morning we had a small army of techs at our house to do all the work. I was fairly impressed. They were all very courteous (we jotted down some of their names: Glenn G, Ed G, Luis, and Favian). All very keen to make sure that they didn't track any dirt in the house, explained everything to us, and tried to make the experience as uninvasive as they could, since we were home with our boys that day. Overall, very pleased with the experience.
We did have some issues with the equipment. During the installation, they discovered the board on one unit was faulty and had to be replaced. Not M&S's fault, and they were out the next day to replace it. We also had an issue with a leak with a drip line that required replacement. Not as sure whether that was a Carrier issue or if something happened during installation. But...mentioning it in the interest of full disclosure.
Overall, pleased with their professionalism and promptness. Would recommend to others. For anyone concerned about $$$, I would simply suggest that I've found on any kind of work on your home, there's no substitute for getting quotes from multiple sources so you at least have a frame of reference.
