He was a pleasure to work with and taught me a lot about our plumbing situation as well as handy tricks to know for later. Do not let in your house and if they have been there check your valuables!!!!  I had drain wizard in my residence because my landlord uses them. They were in my house unattended for two days for 8 hrs a day. Both days my wife and kids came home as they were finishing for the day. So my wife told me that they looked shady but I though nothing of it because I'm in the customer service industry and I know you can't judge a book by its cover. But her woman's intuition was correct. As they completed the job I just decided to do some checking around because I had strangers in my house while no one was home. As I get to main area where they was working at which was my bedroom because we had plumbing issues in our master bathroom. I find out that my firearm was missing from the other side of the room totally away from the bathroom. As I check frantically around the house because I have kids and don't want another sad story I came to conclusion that it was gone!!!! I followed the proper channels and reported it. After my report I received a call that it was recovered and I was correct it was the plumbers. I called the business and didn't receive no call back which I find odd because this is a SERIOUS matter. So I had to take my lunch break to drive 35 mins to the office so I can get some answers. I meet one gentleman who was polite and he called his boss or owner. As I explained who I was and what happened he was aware of the situation but did not reach out to me or my family to see how to rectify the problem. So as I'm asking him what is next on the company policy he starts ranting about how he is an ex-cop and he worked hard for his business and the guy was just in the warehouse and went on the jobs site. I'm thinking no background check before you send workers in customers houses. Then he says and I quote What do you want me to do about it?  You should get your gun back in 26 or so days. I will call the detective and see what's the status. This happened in late October 2018. I've waited and waited and after two court dates and 6 months later still no call from the company or no firearm to protect my family!!!!!

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

I wanted to leave a review on my experience with Roto-Rooter. I called & made an appointment Sunday for Monday between 3:00-5:00pm. At 9:00pm & they had yet to show up, so I called & canceled the appointment. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again.

I found Mr. Rooter through Yelp after calling two other plumbing places to get a quote and time frame in which someone could come out.

I had a washer installed but the delivery guy couldn't get the hot water hose off the valve and advised I call a plumber to help so nothing gets damaged. The water in my house is apparently very hard and the hose was REALLY old (19ish years) so the hot water hose had fused to the valve.

Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out a couple of hours after I called (all other places I called said maybe late Friday, but likely early Monday) which was great!

My technician's name is Zane Albrecht. He was incredibly personable, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional and polite.

If I have any plumbing issues or plumbing needs in the future, Mr Rooter will be the first company I call and I will request Zane Albrecht every time!

I needed a faucet replaced and my sink secured properly to the counter top. I made a call at 9 AM. By 10:15, the job was done. The work was quick, the job well done, and the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend Donnie Wilfong from Portsmouth Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

We were out of town when our hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare parts and complete the installation the very next day.

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.

All around great experience; will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

Mine is just an observation, of professionalism and what I perceived as genuine concern and pride in a job well done.
The team work of the persons at the site and the patience of the guy leading to explain their progress and the vision of the task at hand... I found to be impressive.

Jason was very helpful and always returned my call, he allows you to send pictures to avoid wasting time!  They came out the next day to replace a leaking hot water heater, which required removing the dryer to get the old equipment out and install the new, then hauled away the broken heater.  They did a great job and provided pictures since we have a tenent in the home.  The invoice  was received via e-mail, allowing payment with a simple click.  How efficient - especially for an out of town landlord!   We are very pleased and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I had a couple of water stain on my ceiling and knew I needed a plumber. I called A1 and they were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. They sent someone out within an hour.
Justin showed up and was courteous and professional. He got right to work and was careful to cover and cleanup. He kept me informed on what was going on and everything he was doing.
The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend!

Extremely happy with AM!  When we realized neither of our HVAC units were working in 95 degree weather, we were frantic to get them replaced quickly. We got 3 quotes for 2 new systems from 3 different providers, including one we've used faithfully for 13 years.  

AM was easily the best quote, had the best financing, and got out here super fast.  On top of that, the job they did was impeccable.   Dave, Ryan, and John did an awesome job getting the units installed and running smoothly for us in record time.  I've never been so happy with a contractor as we were with these guys.  We'll be calling them for all our winter work as well!

Beware before using this company. They will charge you for services they didn't do. I personally would look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Called and schedule an estimate for Saturday. Plumber was 15 minutes late and didn't even complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he said we needed to find someone else and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
