When the plumber got here, he was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Definitely an expert in his field.

The business provides quick, friendly, courteous service. Whoever answered the phone communicated with me the plumber was on the other line and would give me a call back ASAP (which he did). Also, the plumber communicated when he would be on his way.

We had a wonderful experience with Cool Breeze Heating and A/C today. Our  A/C stopped working and I called and spoke to Pedro and he came out that very same day with a smile and eager to help with no intentions of being unfair or upselling,
The technician, who also happened to be the owner of the company came within the hour like he said he would. He did an assessment, replaced a part, and checked our Freon level and added freon in less than 2 hours!

The price was very reasonable and he was very kind, honest and informative. I feel VERY comfortable going though this company in the future for our heating and cooling needs! We will be using him again in the future.

We called with a clog and they came out the same day and Lamont took great care of us. Definitely found our go to plumbing company. Thank you!

I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

I recently bought a new home and Joe was both the most professional and dependable from start to finish. He was the first of 3 to come to my house to look at the job and then the first to quote and was the best quote on top of the best communication and the finished product is perfect. He did my whole front and back yard and made everything perfect! I would strongly suggest hiring Heads Up Sprinklers!!

Of course the AC breaks when my husband is not here! Mrs. Dodd was so helpful when I called. She walked me through some things on the phone just to make sure it wasn't a breaker or something simple. Mr. Dodd arrived on time, prepared and very knowledgeable. He had exactly what we needed. Very fair and accommodating on a hot Saturday. Exactly the personal service I was looking for from a small business. We will use them again and I highly recommend.

Tim Martin did a thorough job of finding and fixing my electrical problem. He arrived on time both days and explained other electrical issues which need to be addressed in the future. His helper, Tom, was also very friendly and professional. I admire anyone who's willing to crawl under my house. I give both men 5 stars and would recommend the company.

I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.

called for A/C unit replacement. work was subpar. had to call him back. eventually I had to fix the installation myself, we ended up with ceiling and floor damage. I would not recommend.

Bell Cow, and especially Butch, is a stand up company with a stand up technician!  In an age where selling BS is the way to get ahead, Bell Cow and Butch bring back good old fashioned customer service, honesty, and effective service.  I'll never have another company work on my HVAC system again, and Butch, coupled with Bell Cow, is the reason why.  Give them a call and find out what a company and its people are supposed to be like!  You'll be glad you did.

This guy is very rude and a rip off artist.  He charged me $700 for changing a fan capacitor in my A/C and replaced the wire ends that hooked to it, he charged me for a bunch of stuff he didn't do, and I had to have another company come out and rework his work where he used the wrong wire connectors and the A/C only worked two days before the wire connectors he used fell off.  Then he had 100 excuses why he doesn't guarantee his work. Don't trust anything this guy says . He should not be allowed to touch anything on an A/C.  He could have burnt down my house. He is just looking to gouge who ever he does work for, BEWARE!!!!!.

This person was due to show up at my home between 12pm and 4pm for plumbing repairs. Not only did he not show up, he did not answer my call or text I sent 30minutes prior to our appointment requesting an ETA. He then texted me, instead of calling, to say he was not coming and he was sorry for the inconvenience but his Van was in the shop. Someone professional would have called their customer instead of leaving them waiting and then not showing up or informing them. Then he was rude and unprofessional when I called him out on being unprofessional.  See texts below. If I could give zero stars I would. And within ten minutes of me saying no thank you to his service and wishing him good luck he called my warranty company thru which he was contracted and told them he refused to service or help me at my home.
