We called them at 11:30 at night and they came first thing the next morning.  They were very professional and reasonably priced.  So glad we found a plumber that we can call in the future.

I've had Mark from Ali-Cor Plumbing do several jobs at my house and have been completely satisfied with the quality of his work and the fairness of his prices every time.  In addition, he arrived when he said he would, answered all my questions, and cleaned up when finished.  I would definitely use Ali-Cor Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing service.

All Time Plumbing is a great company.  They worked with my busy work schedule and was able to come out within the week.  I needed to get my water heater pumped because of all the sediment build up.  They came out and was done 40 minutes later.  I definitely recommend them.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Terrible customer service.  Cancelled the appointment at the very time they were supposed to arrive!  When I explained that they took a week to schedule the appointment, that I had already taken off and that the leak had been destroying my cabinets, they said they had no other technician to send.  Ridiculous.

I called for a evaluation and I was told on the phone that it'll be free, I had called because whenever someone was using the bathroom and the kitchen sink at the same time our kitchen sink would clog but eventually it'll go down with the garbage disposal. After explaining to my concerned wife that something like that is normal she insists on calling a professional I went with Mr. rooter because like I stated before they would do a free evaluation. The gentleman came in did his best to remake the situation my wife was concerned about. He too said it was normal. He was at my house for 45 min I know this cuz I tacked it on my ring doorbell, he didn't put a snake in my drain he just kept turning water sources on and off. Later he says my crawlspace is producing graywater I checked before he looked and my crawlspace wasn't flooded only some water at the entrance. I myself have done crawlspace work and went under my house before this visit and didn't find any leaks on the vapor barrier. During the time he was here he says I have to charge you something for the time I was here
I agreed because as a pest control technician I charge for my time but I don't charge $201 for less than an hours work!!! I'm not happy with the service I was given. I simply paid $201 for a professional to tell my wife I was right the whole time.

their technician was here for less than 5 minutes and it was all bad from the start. he was extremely rude and disrespectful. i am in this line of business myself, so understanding the price mark-ups to a point i accepted his price quote even though it did not seem just. he then went to move his vehicle and carelessly ran over the cable box in my front yard and never even apologized. at this point we had enough and called the office to tell their technician to leave. we also gave them another chance to earn our business and asked them to send someone new out. a few minutes later they called me back and cancelled the appointment saying they would not be sending anyone to my house because they believed the technician was not at fault for anything that happened. in the end i had an amazing guy named sean come out from atomic plumbing and could not be more pleased with his service and his overall attitude. thank you for allowing us to give our business to a worthy company instead!

Bad business.  Leaving my son's family, with infant, in a warm house during a hotspell, while my son is away on military duties.  It took me three calls to get a lukewarm response at best, despite promises they would call call (there is a maintenance contract in place, to make matters worse).

They just want to upsell additional diagnostic services when they already know what the problem is.  

Stated there must be a coolant leak in the AC unit.  Recommended a $300+ electronic diagnostic.  When I asked why can't they give a freon charge, they said it's against their licensing, since they know there is a leak.  Yet they want $300+ to prove it's a leak - which they said will ultimately require a new coil (which they stated in their report is pristine - it's not that old).  When I asked about the cost for the coil, they weren't sure.  

So they are certain there is a leak, but they want me to spend $300 to prove it's a leak, and then require a new coil, which they are not sure how much it will cost.

Avoid them, unless you want to burn money.

Platinum Plumbing came to my 86 year-old mother's home had a slow stopped up drain toilet . Never went under the house to see what the problem was. Ask him how much he thought it would be he never tell me so being in the situation I was in with my mother being as old as she was and had to have a toilet I went with it. He put a snake down the toilet to try to get it unblocked set in blocked and ran water in the sink and showed me that the water is going down. Long story short I called them back because it stopped up again they said they were going to come on Monday that didn't happen call them back trying to get some of my money back because I had to call another plumber they've been pushing me around on that never did see any money back charged me $500 which I thought was crazy said they have snake fee. That's because they went to Home Depot and rented it you would think establish company would have the own. I called the company to complain they would never do anything about it I'd already gotten someone else to fix it and cost me half the price. I asked for $300 back because they did not do the job correctly they would not give me anything money back. Secretary his wife said one of them wound call me back never heard nothing from them this is just bad business

Avoid this this company at all costs! Awful, awful work--show up late (if they show up), don't communicate whatsoever, can't do drywall if their lives depended on it and then leave a mess for you to clean up after they leave. Do yourself a favor and call actual professionals to get any work done on your property.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

This company hired my company to install there Heating & Air conditioning  and we did our work like we are contracted to! Even after several change orders I didn't get paid for I stayed!  Then last Friday when it's time to get Paid the owner Curtis Key tells his guys to tell me he's not paying! Apparently this has happened before! This guy treats his employees bad also! I stood and watch him call his plumbers  mfer and stupid and many more choice words! He took advantage of my small company .. I have contacted an attorney and working on the lawsuit as we speak!

This company ripped me off. I found this company through Angi. I purchased a house in VA Beach and hired them to do a deep cleaning before the movers got there. When I got to the house, nothing was cleaned and I mean NOTHING!!!! I wanted to pay them through Angi because I would get a discount but they would not allow me to do that because there was a problem with their account and wouldn't get paid right away. I asked if I could pay through PayPal and they said the same thing. When I told them I was going to pay through Angi, they threatened to dirty up the house again. So I had to pay them through CashApp. I called the cops to get them out of my house but they couldn't do anything because I was not there. They charged me $280.00 for the deep cleaning but then they wanted to charge me more for gas. I called Angi to complain and they couldn't do anything because this company worked under another company called Home Advisor (1-855-902-0606). I called Home Advisor and they couldn't do anything for me since I didn't pay through Angi. I was able to leave a review on Angi. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
