Best Pipe Repair in Virginia Beach VA

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a running toilet that was causing my water bill to go up. After reading other reviews here, I gave Sean a call. Although it was late in the day, he accommodated me by meeting me after work. He quickly evaluated my needs, told me what was needed and scheduled me for the following day. He had to replace my old toilet, which I'd already figured was needed. He and Tyrone were quick, efficient, informative and professional. What impressed me more was that they were so easy going that they felt like family.  Any plumbing needs in my future will result in me calling them first. Thanks guys for being the best!

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Woke up this morning with water in my bathtub and toilet that wouldnt flush after roommate used shower upstairs. I could not stay home in the morning or daytime to get it fixed due to work. Got home at 4:30, called 2 other companies. One's machine was broke, another's pricing structure gave me a headache. Then I called rotorooter. I got a courtesy call around 8:00 saying they were sorry no one had come out yet but the gentleman coming out was finishing up a job and would be at my house shortly and that they would call when he was en route. Which they did again at 8:30. He arrived around  9pm, which is fine by me since I didnt call till 4:30.  Mr. Robert was very professional and friendly. He explained my options.  He began digging and to my surprise quickly dug a 4 foot deep hole to the main line in front yard, cracked open the ancient terra cotta line and fixed the stoppage (FYI disposable wipes are not very disposable.)  My other option was to take the toilet out and go in that way. I asked Mr.Robert which way would have been easier, he said the way he did it. I am not sure about that with all the digging he did but am grateful for all his hard work. I have never seen a hole dug so quick in my life, much less through azalea bush roots everywhere. The price was not as shocking as I expected, which helps more than anyone could imagine. Very professional! Terry was out at my house within an hour of me calling. They fixed my problem and showed me how to keep it from happening again. Very personable and knowledgeable I definitely recommend them!

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

Fantastic service.  Very friendly techs that know what they're doing. Came out same day to identify the necessary repairs and were back the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

Water Heater Installation

1. Valve is not even on the drip pan,
2. Didn't use primer when connecting pipe,
3. Pipe too short, so just vent it,
4. Recycle old pipe cpvc (flexible metal pipe would have been more stable and nice,, but hmm)
5. Drain pan doesn't even fit the water heater,
6. Water heater blocking the drain from drain pan,
7. Asked 100 more for 20 drip pan (oh phone, we agreed that drip pan would be included)
8. Called 300 more than what was agreed on the phone (on phone, agreed that pipe work near would be included but he decided to charge more. And he said I don't like hassling with price)

Mine is just an observation, of professionalism and what I perceived as genuine concern and pride in a job well done.
The team work of the persons at the site and the patience of the guy leading to explain their progress and the vision of the task at hand... I found to be impressive.
Should I own a home/ have a home built, or be abreast of someone in the process of needing their services.. I have the number on hand

I have hired Ali-Cor Plumbing a few times now. Jason Miller and his techs have done excellent, timely work for an agreeable price. They found and corrected our water leaks and replaced plumbing done by a previous remodeling company to get the job done right. I am grateful to have found a small company that does a great job the first time out.

their technician was here for less than 5 minutes and it was all bad from the start. he was extremely rude and disrespectful. i am in this line of business myself, so understanding the price mark-ups to a point i accepted his price quote even though it did not seem just. he then went to move his vehicle and carelessly ran over the cable box in my front yard and never even apologized. at this point we had enough and called the office to tell their technician to leave. we also gave them another chance to earn our business and asked them to send someone new out. a few minutes later they called me back and cancelled the appointment saying they would not be sending anyone to my house because they believed the technician was not at fault for anything that happened. in the end i had an amazing guy named sean come out from atomic plumbing and could not be more pleased with his service and his overall attitude. thank you for allowing us to give our business to a worthy company instead!

John C was amazing!  We are new to American Mechanical and needed service as our HVAC person has retired.  John was professional, CLEAN, very nice and did a great job on the service work and later for a minor repair.  We cannot say enough good things about John and his company.  Thank you!  Carol and David Davanay

I found them to be very expensive.  I made the mistake of not having a clear understanding up front of what they were to charge.  They then attempted to charge interest not supported by any agreement.

Tried to over charge for time. Charged for 1 hour 15 mins and was there 1 hour. Showed him time on ring camera and he still argued saying he was going by his time. That 15 mins was an extra $50! Also charged labor to fix clogged toilet AND CHARGED FOR THE TOOL USED! $150 for the tool on top of the labor fee. Also travel charge. Not like I can bring my toilet to them to fix so that's just a way to get a little more. Feel very taken advantage of.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
