Called AliCore as we had a frozen pipe burst with the cold. On a Saturday Evening! When no one else we called would answer or come out before Monday. They got here at 7 pm and worked several hours fixing things even though it was very late. Mark was great and explained everything every step of the way. It was clear they did a top notch job and left us with much better plumbing than we had before this happened. They were personable, polite and very knowledgable. Took care to do things right - even running out to Lowe's to get a part when the unique situation required something they didn't carry standard instead of trying to make something less optimal do.  Cleaned up before they left, too. Cost came in at the lower end of their estimate and was reasonable for the time they spent, especially for a weekend evening. Will definitely be using them again.

Fast, nice, and very good work. I would recommend this company to everyone. And the work completed was for less then what was originally quoted. Ray and his team replaced an old overflow pipe assembly and were in and out in no time. They have definitely won my loyalty into there company.

I asked for a diagnostic on a leak I didnt know where it was coming from. I was at work and my wife was home and told them I was to authorize any repairs. Plumber tried calling me. Left a voice mail and never spoke to me. (Have multiple voice mails incase anyone wants proof) At that point he should've paused and not done anything further after the diagnostic. He told my wife that I said to do what's needed (never spoke to him). Pulled the toilet replaced a wax seal (it was leaking where I couldn't see). I never told him to do any actual work. So basically took advantage of my wife being alone without someone else there. So I paid a $75 diag fee which is what I agreed to. Plus 225 for a wax seal replacement. A 10 dollar wax seal for 225 that I would've told them not to do. I've replaced plenty. I would avoid them.

I had A1 Sewer & Drain remove my old gas water heater (through American Home Shield) and install a new one. Their plumber, Dewrel Burleson and his partner, did a great job. Initially, I was not thrilled with the response time to my request for service. I had submitted my ticket to AHS on Friday afternoon and received a message that I would hear from A1 S & D within 24 hour business day. I definitely expected to hear from them by Monday afternoon. I finally had to call them on Tuesday evening.

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and apologized for not reaching out to me earlier. She asked me when I would like for them to come. It's so unusual in this day and time, to call a service provider and they allow you to choose the day and exact time! Were they for real?

Sure enough, they showed up on the exact day and time I requested them to arrive. Amazing! Dewrel & his partner were very friendly and put little booties over their shoes whenever they walked into the house. They would remove them before walking out and put them on again before entering the house. I have great respect for skilled service providers who show respect for my home.

After checking out my gas water heater (which we've had serviced at least a half dozen times within the last 2 years by other companies), they quickly identified areas of concern (it was leaking brown gunk from the top, all the way down and pooling in the water-catching tray, making noise like popcorn being popped, pilot light would go out repeatedly whenever we had a windy day, etc.) They noted that it was 19 years old and was beyond repair.

Within 2 hours, the tank was drained, disassembled, removed and the new one installed. They cleaned up after themselves and even took the trash bag with them! They were also very tolerant of my obnoxiously friendly french bulldog. They were both very personable, professional and were great representatives for their company.

David S., from American Mechanical, arrived within the time span to the spring AC check   He called before arriving when he was 30 min. out. He was pleasant and informative with the owner who is hard of hearing. The performance check was completed well and he provided information
on the new system and thermostats. I would use him again and will request him from the company.

I have used AT Large Plumbing twice. One both occasions they were quick, professional, clean and fair. 2nd job had to be quoted (due to cost ) the job was completed in a timely manner and well under their quote.  I will not hesitate to call them again.

I called yesterday because my garbage disposal decided to be nasty and give up in a bad way. They came right out this morning and got a new one on and everything back to normal quick. Great price, great guys. Walt is awesome. Thank you!!

I have not used this company for heating or air services, and NEVER will! I was almost ran off the road by one of their employees, who was purposely riding my tail aggressively through multiple lights. He became more aggressive when I signaled him to back off and almost slammed the back of my car when I had to break for a car in front of me! This is not the kind of person I would EVER want in my or anyone else's home, and do not appreciate the fear he caused me, my children, and my handicap mother in the car with me! Maybe they should be more careful about who they hire!

This company ripped me off. I found this company through Angi. I purchased a house in VA Beach and hired them to do a deep cleaning before the movers got there. When I got to the house, nothing was cleaned and I mean NOTHING!!!! I wanted to pay them through Angi because I would get a discount but they would not allow me to do that because there was a problem with their account and wouldn't get paid right away. I asked if I could pay through PayPal and they said the same thing. When I told them I was going to pay through Angi, they threatened to dirty up the house again. So I had to pay them through CashApp. I called the cops to get them out of my house but they couldn't do anything because I was not there. They charged me $280.00 for the deep cleaning but then they wanted to charge me more for gas. I called Angi to complain and they couldn't do anything because this company worked under another company called Home Advisor (1-855-902-0606). I called Home Advisor and they couldn't do anything for me since I didn't pay through Angi. I was able to leave a review on Angi. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
