Best Pump Repair in Tulsa OK
We reached Logan thru our neighborhood site and
he responded quickly. He was such a polite young man. He was on time(actually he was a little early) and got right to work. He had to leave to get a sealant he didn't have and when it took him longer than he thought, he texted me to let me know. Logan did a very good job and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would highly recommend him.

I wish there were 10 stars to rate A Better Choice Plumbing! Gary showed up at our home where we were sure our slab in the kitchen would have to be jackhammered and removed to fix the issue we had going on. But NO, Gary very quickly informed us of what was going on and immediately fixed it. We enjoyed visiting with him for a bit and then he was off to meet his next happy customer. The cost was minimal! We HIGHLY recommend A Better Choice Plumbing! Thank you A Better Choice Plumbing :)

Great Experience! Big thank you to Jess the owner) who came to our rescue. We actually had two issues and I wish I had found Abstract Plumbing first! Our issues started with a pinhole leak in our hot water heater closet wall plumbing that was apparently leaking for a while. Once we noticed, the water had flooded the hot water heater. The first plumber repaired the wall plumbing and said he could replace the gas control (instead of replacing the hot water heater). This was the lower-cost option, so we decided this was our best option. However, after repairing the plumbing issue, the first plumber left us with another leak because he did not tighten the fittings properly. He came back the next day to fix his mistake and said he would have the part for the hot water heater overnighted. 7 days later, he still didn't have the part and wasn't sure he could get it so we asked for a quote for a new hot water heater. His quote was about $5000. After sharing this information with some friends, we realized this was a very high quote. I decided to request several more quotes using the Yelp app. Yelp sent my info to 5 plumbers and 3 out of the 5 replied. Abstract was the first to reply and had clear pricing and quick availability. The overall final price quote was a little higher but, we have a 'not so standard size/type' water heater (we understood the different prices and we're reasonable people!) We also learned that the other plumber had actually installed another part of the plumbing incorrectly preventing our 'instant hot water' line from working properly. This should have been a 'no-brainer' for the other plumber as the part actually has an arrow to show how to properly install! Jess repaired this for us and installed the new hot water heater. I will definitely call Jess for ALL my plumbing needs from now on and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.
In case you're wondering...the first plumber was from Williams Plumbing.

Had another company tell me I needed a major overhaul done on my septic tank. Turned out they were trying to take advantage of my ignorance. Was referred to Blue Lightning through a friend. Troy spent more time telling me what I didn't have to pay for. Feel I was very fortunate to find this company.

Called Duvall on a Sunday expecting that I would have to wait until Monday. Hunter called right back and was at my house in just a few minutes. Hunter fixed the issue quickly and the cost was what you might expect for a regular week day call. Highly recommended!

My house started flooding, Maximum plumbing came within a few hours to save the day, without costing me and arm and a leg! They were fairly quick, friendly, and you could tell he knew what he was doing.

He will lie to your face and rip you off. when you know he didn't complete the work instead of telling the truth and finishing it he will sue you, he has a long list he sues weekly. Then you will have to spend thousands to have a reputable company come out and redo/finish the work and will end up paying two companies. He counts on your ignorance about plumbing in order to rip you off! BEWARE!!!! CALL A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST, NOT THIS ONE!

Excellent service. I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out the same day. Andrew came and worked on my problem. He explained what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly, which was important for me since this was at my business. I would definitely use them again.

These people are horrible. They came late, broke things, turned off my water, left without fixing anything, then accused me of stealing the tools that they left. The new plumber that I hired said what did they do? This is horrible! Are you sure they were plumbers?. I've had nothing but a lack of communication and horrible service. Then they were unavailable when I tried to call. Refused to resolve the problem that they created. Left me in much worse shape than when they came.

Been on the schedule since March. Constant rescheduling and no communication. If you get them to answer the phone, they will tell you they will be out the following day and never show up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They seem like nice folks but I would not recommend them to anyone. It does not make sense to hire a service provider that does not warranty or service their work after the payment is received. There are too many other service providers in and around the Tulsa area that will happily follow up and warranty their services.
I've actually had multiple services done through ECS since June 2021 such as HVAC service on one property and HVAC installation on a different one, new electrical panel installation, light fixtures and outlets installed and replaced, new water heater installation, etc.. I spent well over $17k for those services. There was no follow up on the HVAC installation and I had to reach out to other service providers twice already to troubleshoot issues when either the AC or heater stopped working after only a month or two. I recently paid another service provider $225 in order to get the system back up and running again. I also had about 6 outlets that did not work after they installed them because the GFCI outlet was wired up incorrectly.
In addition, I had to deal with a couple of issues involving integrity and professionalism. The integrity issue was tied to an estimate that I requested. I was provided an estimate for electrical services which included moving an outlet that they previously installed on the wrong wall by them which they assured me that they would move at no additional cost after I completed the other bathroom demo and renovations that I already had scheduled. The new estimate that I reached out to them for was provided with an additional charge for that outlet and the work was actually started without my approval of the invoice. Someone kept trying calling my wife and I repeated after I was sent the invoice to have us now approve of the invoice. They claimed that I had approved of the invoice over the phone and that the work was already started. They stopped midway though the installation but I ended up paying about half of the original cost of the invoice at a later date to try to be civil and resolve this although I never approved of the work in the first place. The mess left behind by them of wood boards, old concrete, cables & wires, old panel parts, drywall, etc. is an example of what I considered to be unprofessional.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would've had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn't make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient, professional and friendly, wore booties in the house, and left us with estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose good, better, best for our needs. We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable. Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!
