Best HVAC System Repair in Tulsa OK
Wanted to say what a great company this is. I have used them a few times now for various things. My AC went on a 98 degree day. They had someone out to look at that very day. The next day there service techs (Chris & Jake) replaced my AC system. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommended DavCo

You are working on a project, your house is flooding from a water pipe, or you just realized the wiring on your home is old as the New Testament and you need to get it fixed. I will keep this quick.
1. I placed a request for quote on yelp. W/n 12 hours Ready Services Responded.
2. Someone out to quote the project. Not only did he give an honest and accurate quote, he gave suggestions that kept the cost down and would look professional.
3. Within the week, the project was complete per the quote. No hidden cost or cost increases.
The only reason why I didn't give a five was this was my first time using Ready Services. I will be using them for future projects.

Called Duvall to have a plumber out - they have a $150 service fee, meaning it's $150 for them to come out and give you a quote. If you agree to the price, then you only pay the price of the quote. If you think the quote is too high, then you pay the $150. My advice: If you can find someone to fix your drain for less than $300/hour, call someone else - because that's what you're going to get charged. Here's my visit: issue - clogged drain under a water heater. Plumber shows up - quotes $295 to fix it. Wow, that's high, but it's a tough clog.... and he's here... so I agree and sign the form. He messes around with it for about 10 minutes and then realizes he's going to likely have to remove the water heater to get to the clean out valve. Isn't that included in the $295? Of course not. Final tally: $600. He was on site for less than two hours. Will NEVER call these folks back to my house. EVER.

They were quick to get out for service and to install a furnace at a critical temperature drop. Very efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend

Called them about 3 pm on Jan 2 to check our heater that wasn't working correctly. They said they couldn't come out until tomorrow afternoon for emergency call for 100 bucks, but if we could wait until Thurs they had a regular call opening for 75 bucks. We called Blue Hill Heat & Air and they came out in 20 minutes. We're getting a new Trane heater tomorrow for 2300 bucks installed. Snooze ya' lose.

So disappointed. I had used this company at another residence and thought they were fairly honest and reasonably priced for their services. I purchased the HVAC maintenance package for over $400 and had furnaces serviced at the end of November. Had problems right off with furnaces not blowing heat. Discovered on one unit the technician had turned off the heat at my programmable thermostat when he changed the filter but apparently forgot to turn it back on - no big deal, I found the problem and changed the setting back to run the program. On the other furnace, the programmable thermostat heat setting had also been left off but even after I put it back to the correct settings, the furnace would come on but would not blow hot air. Took off panel to furnace unit and saw that the Tech has left the gas valve switch in the off position - I switched it back on and this fixed the problem. Then this week that same furnace again would not blow hot air (burners not igniting). This time called for service. Ended up having a bad igniter. Quoted almost $300 to replace. I told Tech this price seemed excess for the part which literally was basically a small metal rod easily replaced with one screw. He said that was just off top of his head and that he needed to check the price. While he went to his truck to check on price. I looked up the price for a Trane burner igniter and found an average price of $20. Even with 100% price mark up and maybe around $100 for labor (even though ridiculously easy to change out, the company does need to make money), I figured he would come back telling me it was more like $150 especially with my 20% discount for having a service maintenance agreement. Nope - almost $300. I declined to pay such a crazy price and went to Tulsa Appliance, purchased the part for $25, installed in in 2 seconds. I would have paid a reasonable price of around $150 for this repair, $300 is simply taking advantage. Disappointed.

Used this company to purchase HVAC after they came out to clean my furnace and they found carbon monoxide leak but couldn't show me exactly where it was coming from. So basically they red tagged it and I had to purchase something fast - but both units were still working. Ended up selling my house about 6 months later and inspector found that the closet the heater was located in didn't have proper ventilation and could cause carbon monoxide to enter into house. Also had to have some duct work under the house repaired to sell, so had them come out and vent new heater properly and they charged me over $500 an hour to fix duct work. I don't think there was even anything wrong with the old heater and they just ripped me off for both the new units and repairs to sell. I am not aware of anyone who gets over $500 an hour for labor. This companies employees even rip each other off and steal each others commissions and act as if you haven't already spoken with someone who works there. Don't do business with these crooks.

While trying to sell a house, I needed a couple of electrical issues resolved. Not wanting to DIY it, so as to make sure the buyer knew the issues were handled professionally, I contacted Harp.
Their tech arrived on time and made extremely short work of the tasks.
He was clean cut, friendly, articulate and all around professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact Harp again for any electrical needs.
