They installed four systems in two of my houses and exceeded my expectations. They were always very professional and prompt/ on time with their services. Several years ago I know they were evaluated as one of the top HVAC contractors in Oklahoma. I've used them for my needs for over 20 years and they've only gotten better.

I had the company out for an a/c tune up today.  When the tech left I noticed he documented on the work order that he changed my 2 filters.  I also noticed that he in fact did NOT change my filters and I immediately called.  Melody stated that 'the technician was just making note of the size i need' but admitted he in fact did NOT change my filters.  I had previously given the company my filter sizes to bring on several different occasions.  Changing filters is a basic part of an a/c tune up and I am unhappy with the service I received, or lack thereof.  I would not recommend this company.

My furnace decided that it didn't want to play anymore. I checked a few minor things but couldn't get it going and had no choice but to call a professional, something do-it-yourselfers like me loathe. I was prepared to be told that the technician would take 3 days and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment on the same day. Mike, the technician arrived and promptly identified the culprit as an electric switch that needed replacing. He laid out all of the options from just replacing the switch to replacing the system and even made me aware of bi-annual servicing of furnace and air conditioners as well as annual plumbing checks. In the end, I decided to replace the switch and get my heat going again as quickly as possible. The technician was knowledgable and courteous and got me back to toasty toes in just over an hour. I can't complain with that.

Needed some electrical work done after I had my HVAC ducting rerouted through my bathroom. This required me to change my lights over my bathroom sink into a vanity light that hangs above the wall mirror...
They called me back on a Sunday to schedule for the estimate and to do the work. Elijah showed up promptly and was very professional. We have a hard time getting work done near Cleveland, OK let alone without scheduling weeks out and without making multiple trips offsite for basic supplies.

They do have an odd proposal of estimate system where you are offered to pick between different levels for what you ultimately wanted them to do. I chose what was called the Bandaid which was the work I expected that came with a 30 day warranty up to a Platinum level which included the work I expected and various safety checks, return visits on work and years of warranty that I found unnecessary. The name Bandaid might throw people off but there really was no other acceptable option for the work I had done.

Overall, I was pleased.

We have used them to correct some plumbing issues and some electrical issues.  Very professional, polite and excellent work!  Highly recommend them!

I used them for plumbing needs. I was quoted on the phone $59 per hour. It was an easy repair that should have not taken more than 1 hour to repair. The Person took  3 hours and two trips away, and several smoking breaks.. Then hands a bill for 215.00. I would not use them until they fix their issues.

Update.. They called me back to make good on the offer and said they would rip up the check. They did not and cashed the check and did not honor it. Do not trust these people or use them you will wish you had not

This is a great company with great people to help you. Quick to respond, explain everything to you and invite questions. Today my condenser went out and Jeff responded within a few hours, found the problem and fixed it quickly.
I have been a member and used them for 10+ years and I have never been sorry for choosing them when I bought my house.
I recommend them to all my friends.

My central air unit was 23 years old.  And since I'd really love to avoid the whole My AC just died @2 A.M. in August in 105 degree heat OMG thing, I called Air Solutions.  I ended up purchasing a 3-ton Carrier unit, which is a big improvement over the old one.

Everything was very professional, from the estimate to the install. The install was completed in a few hours (it rained off and on all day but they stuck with it and finished).  

Very efficient bunch.  I recommend them if you need a new AC.

Great guys work here. Amenable, polite, helpful w all my questions-on time and fast workers. I learned a lot!!  So I suggest you check the special on Yelp for this place. I think a good deal for HVAC.  I know you will have a quick appt. once you call. The phone staff are all also polite and sweet.

Used this company to purchase HVAC after they came out to clean my furnace and they found carbon monoxide leak but couldn't show me exactly where it was coming from.  So basically they red tagged it and I had to purchase something fast - but both units were still working.  Ended up selling my house about 6 months later and inspector found that the closet the heater was located in didn't have proper ventilation and could cause carbon monoxide to enter into house.  Also had to have some duct work under the house repaired to sell, so had them come out and vent new heater properly and they charged me over $500 an hour to fix duct work.  I don't think there was even anything wrong with the old heater and they just ripped me off for both the new units and repairs to sell.  I am not aware of anyone who gets over $500 an hour for labor.  This companies employees even rip each other off and steal each others commissions and act as if you haven't already spoken with someone who works there.  Don't do business with these crooks.

1st complaint from the plumbing department.   I had a clogged drain from my washing machine and they sent a man out that attempted to unclog it after an hour he informed me I would need to call another plumber that had more than 75 ft of line and that could possibly pull a toilet to access main line since he could not in addition wasn't able to locate my clean drain that he was unable to find.  After calling roto rooter he rain water from my hot water take rain only 35 feet of line and was here 15 min.  I called air solutions they did refund my 78.00 if you have a problem call someone that can handle it all

I have been a customer for a number of years.  I had used another company and enriched their income while never receiving service to keep my heat pump operating.  Many service people just don't know how to service these things and I certainly count on them to know.  Have had great service but have requested the same service person to care for my account to make sure I get the same level of service I have come to expect from them.  Service people are far above those I have experienced in the past.  Timely, professional personnel and office staff.

I'd look elsewhere for pricing a complete repipe! They quoted me close to 10k for a 1250sq house. That's ridiculous. I got a complete pex system with all faucets and hookups replaced with water heater brought up to code. For 6k Next time don't try to stay in business when giving a ridiculous estimate.

The only reason they get 2 stars and not less is because the tech was nice and polite.. I live in Kiefer, Oklahoma and needed their assistances on my furnace.  When I called I let them know what was wrong (down to the part that was bad), the type and brand of system I had.  When the tech got there I explained everything to him what I had done and I got out of his way and let him go to work.  20 minutes later he came down and agreed that the pressure switch was bad, as I had told him.  He did not bring the part and said he would have to go get it.  1.5 hours later he shows up with the part.  It took him about 20 minutes to install it and then he gave me the bill.  The bill was for $495.  He worked for, altogether maybe 40 minutes and changed out a $50 part.  When asked why the bill was that much he could not answer.  I called the office where he worked and they would not answer me, they said they would have a supervisor call me and three days later still no call.  I paid the bill but will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.  Horrible customer service.
To add to this review today 12/16/20 the customer service guy calls and was extremely combative and argumentative about my review.  Then proceeded to offer me a $50 coupon for the next time I use them (that's not going to happen).  So great going Air Solutions you made it even worse.

I have used this company twice. Each time the work was outstanding. The technician was very professional and through. I've had several companies work on my a/c and they all did a substandard Job. But not this technician. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend these guys they do a great job for a great price. I have used them and I have had friends use them and they have always gotten it done in a timely manner
