he responded quickly. He was such a polite young man. He was on time(actually he was a little early) and got right to work. He had to leave to get a sealant he didn't have and when it took him longer than he thought, he texted me to let me know. Logan did a very good job and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!!! I live out of state and have a rental in Owasso where I need plumbing services. Half Moon Plumbing was referred to me by my go-to plumber since he was too busy to assist me. Half Moon came out immediately and unstopped my dishwasher drain, and tested my kitchen sink drain, and got my garbage disposal running again! The technician coordinated with my tenant and called me when they arrived and again when they completed the job before leaving. Pricing was fair and upfront. You won't be disappointed in deciding to call this very honest hard working plumber!

Great Experience! Big thank you to Jess the owner) who came to our rescue. We actually had two issues and I wish I had found Abstract Plumbing first! Our issues started with a pinhole leak in our hot water heater closet wall plumbing that was apparently leaking for a while. Once we noticed, the water had flooded the hot water heater. The first plumber repaired the wall plumbing and said he could replace the gas control (instead of replacing the hot water heater). This was the lower-cost option, so we decided this was our best option. However, after repairing the plumbing issue, the first plumber left us with another leak because he did not tighten the fittings properly. He came back the next day to fix his mistake and said he would have the part for the hot water heater overnighted. 7 days later, he still didn't have the part and wasn't sure he could get it so we asked for a quote for a new hot water heater. His quote was about $5000. After sharing this information with some friends, we realized this was a very high quote. I decided to request several more quotes using the Yelp app. Yelp sent my info to 5 plumbers and 3 out of the 5 replied. Abstract was the first to reply and had clear pricing and quick availability. The overall final price quote was a little higher but, we have a 'not so standard size/type' water heater (we understood the different prices and we're reasonable people!) We also learned that the other plumber had actually installed another part of the plumbing incorrectly preventing our 'instant hot water' line from working properly. This should have been a 'no-brainer' for the other plumber as the part actually has an arrow to show how to properly install! Jess repaired this for us and installed the new hot water heater. I will definitely call Jess for ALL my plumbing needs from now on and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Numerous calls were made (starting with Stephanie in the office) to keep us informed of the status of the repairs. I had DavCo come to my home when I had AC problem.
I figured I was going to have to replace my central AC unit. It started making a noise then stoped working.
One of the DavCo service members was at my home within two hours. I feel certain that response time depends on the number of calls they respond to. Sometimes it may be quicker. Sometimes it may take a little longer to take care of customers. I felt two hours was a good response time. Some of the other companies told me it would take two days before they would address my problem
When the service man told me that my problem was a fan motor and nothing worse I felt relieved. It did not cost me a fortune, only a fan motor. They could have told me that the entire unit had to be replaced. And I would not have known the difference.

I would've given it 5 stars but because the tech told us all doors upstairs were closed & lights were off & they weren't, it gets 3. We asked before he left if we needed to go upstairs & turn any lights off. He said no. What about doors? He said no. So 2 days later I had to put away something upstairs & I found our closet doors are open with light on, attic door is open with light on, & it's the closet in the grandchildren's room. Who knows how many critters we now have in the house thanks to AirCo. Not happy.

Horrible company. Flooded my upstairs bathroom. Had to take him to court because he wouldn't give me his insurance information even though I have asked several times. I have a judgement against him. He agreed to pay, but still owes me $1400. Keeps making excuses on why he's not making money, but if he treats other people the way he has treated us or based on his work I can understand why he doesn't get paid. Didn't show up to court and yet some how he try's to put the blame on me because the judge put a bench warrant out for him. I have talked to other people that said he was a jerk also and doesn't show up on time. I will never use this company again and I would never recommend it to anybody else either. Sorry excuse for a plumbing company.

I've called on Hampton's Plumbing twice in the last 4-5 years and both experiences were outstanding. The first call was for a garbage disposal which quit working. Another local plumbing company came out and told me that we needed a new garbage disposal (very expensive) so I decided to get a second opinion (and am I ever glad I did!). I called Hampton's who came out (in their big truck), and in less than 5 minutes, unscrewed the wall switch plate and discovered it was simply a loose wire. I offered to pay for the service call but we weren't charged anything! The next time I called was for a malfunctioning toilet. He promptly came out and not only fixed the toilet quickly but also replaced a washer in the leaky shower. Again we weren't charged for this even though I called twice in inquire about the bill and was told that I would get a bill only if he thought it was worth charging for. I meant to post this review much sooner than this, but if you're looking for a quality plumber, I don't think you could find a better one. He also rates A+ from Better Business Bureau.

I had a back up in my shower and toilet and Raby was quick to respond to the issue. However, after several hours the issue had not been fixed. They requested to come back again another day that week. They returned promptly on the scheduled day, however, they again spent many hours doing the same things with no word on how much it was going to cost. After spending the day here, they finally fixed the issue and we haven't had any problems since. They did not bill us on the day they left. I got a call from the office the next day to report the total bill would be $1,600! It is unacceptable to remain quiet, leave and then slap us with an enormous bill. They came down in price a little ($300) and apologized for not being up front on the charges. I will not be using them again.

I will give one star to this company because they managed to call me back once or twice. The overall concern for the customer in this company's case is fair to nonexistent. Every time I called I felt like I was interrupting something way more important than my problem and would abruptly be told that I would get a call back. A lot of times the call back would be at night so I would not be able to have the service completed that day. The last time our pipe got unclogged it was $35 more than the time before for some reason. The owner of the company seemed nice enough, but sadly they must be too busy to take personal time for each customer. The current plumber not only arrived one day after we called promptly but also guaranteed his work for six months or it would be fixed for free. I wish we would have gone with him in the first place, it would have saved $185, the charge that we got on the last unclogging of the drain.
