They installed a water conditioning system for us and it turned out great! They were very friendly, professional and offered a quick turn around time. We are very satisfied with them and will definitely recommend to others and used them in the future. Thank you guys!

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.

I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.

I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.

Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)

I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

These guys are so professional! Had ceiling leaking above shower. They were called out and when they arrived they made the repair easy, clean, professional and quick!

Cannot say enough about how professional they were. A lot of company's send out professionals that do not take small amount of time to prep area and clean. They did this and so quickly. It was litte mess, little fuss! i had the peace of mind that there were true professionals handeling the problem!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

I called out Tim Swanson for three plumbing issues at my residence.  He took care of my problems immediately.  In less than one hour all problems were fixed.  Very fast & efficient & the prices was right.  Thank you Tim, I will certainly recommend him as well as use his services again.

I needed to change my evaporative cooling system to air conditioning. This company made the process very easy. Rob and Rick helped us make a good decision about what kind of unit to buy for our home. They kept us informed many times by email about the progress of our installation. The day of install the technicians were on time, friendly and very professional. They sent Ruben, Alan, Josue and Jeremy. They were able to use a crane to remove our evaporative cooler unit and place the new unit. They also removed the old furnace from inside our home and repaired the area where the furnace made a gaping hole. Within one day I had a beautiful Bosch unit installed and running so efficiently my husband and I now argue over how cold he is keeping the house. The unit runs quietly and we cannot even hear it when it turns off and on.  I cannot stress how pleased we are about the service this company has provided for us.

We had been experiencing water heater issues, the water's temperature would only stay hot for about 4 minutes max!
When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed  it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.
Paul was courteous, professional, and efficient, I definitely recommend his services!

Called this company for an estimate on a gas line install (it would have been close to $6K). They gave me the runaround. Made an appointment then two hours before the appointment they called to reschedule. Made another appointment and they did not show up.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. I mean they seem professional by texting you and email your appointment reminders and then never honor it. Plenty of others that would value your business.

Oh, they only do appointments 8 AM - 3 PM so you have to take time off work even for an estimate. You do understand that people have jobs, right?

He answered within a few minutes, was prompt in calling me back and coming out to our unit.

Every other plumber quoted us at least twice the amount and said they'd be out 2-3 days later.

Highly recommended.

Geoff was very professional, he arrived when he said he would prepared with all tools/parts to complete the job.  He was able to replace a part on my water heater at a much lower cost than a quote I had gotten from a larger well known company.  He was easy to communicate with.

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing.  We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday.   No water came out of shower head.  Since we don't  use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working.  Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day.  Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running.  He expLained everything and explained the fees.  We were more than satisfied.

This plumber is a superstar! After putting off for weeks the repair of my badly leaking drip irrigation box, I finally put in a call to Anthony based not only on the many terrific reviews of his work that turned up in my search, but on his thoughtful, brainy replies to each of them.

I called the guy late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a callback in a few days. He called me that night, walked me thru the  process for estimate and repair, made an appointment for two days later, showed up bright and early and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Based on prior experience with lesser repair folks I expected maybe half of those things!

These guys a great job they were very polite explained every thing and price was reasonable and the work was thorough. I felt comfortable with the technicians and they explained everything. Jim the manager quoted a price kept it and the monthly payment is less than my water bill. Really!

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
