I have been having drainage issue with my kitchen sink and needed someone who would get the job done ASAP! Eli at Express Plumbing was quick to respond and super professional. The initial estimate was very reasonable and was the exact price I had to pay when the service was complete. I will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing issues.

Brandon and Adam came to our house to fix a slow drain sink and address a thumping sound when I start my washer. They quickly solved the problem and reassured my concerns! In fact the owner called me back yesterday (Sunday) and scheduled the call for this morning! Another plumber that was referred to me had their techs working on commission and were scheduling 3-5 days out. IMO this was a red flag!!!! Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. We had a water main line that runs from the meter to our home break.  We called and they sent a plumber right over!  Installed a temporary line from the meter to the house on Friday.  Came back Tuesday and completed the job.  Cleaned up everything before they left.  Very courteous and caring.

I have a new home in Civano and needed to add plumbing for a new water softener, water filtration system and the drainage for both with the loop back in the plumbing feed, not the plastic parts on the water systems.  Another requirement of mine is that it has to look good when completed, both inside and outside.  Not a hack job.

Ben from Tucson Plumbing came out, surveyed and discussed the possibilities with me on the estimation.  I liked the plan, accepted the estimate and scheduled the work.

Ben showed up on time and completed the work even better than I expected.  The final work looked terrific and performed as required, no leaks, even hooked up my water systems for me.

I was told to expect the plumber sometime between 7:00am and 11:00am. I got up early but was told by the company that the staff was in a meeting and that they would start service calls after that (they couldn't have let me know that no one would be showing up until at least 8:00am?). At 10:00, I was told that they'd be at my house in an hour. Sorry - my time is too valuable to wait a full four hours before someone actually shows up. Needless to say, I cancelled that appointment.

So appreciative for Best Way Plumbing.
