Did great work. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up after. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. And affordable too. The workers they sent out should be given a BIG A** raise.

If anyone ever needs plumbing or heating work done, DO NOT USE Von Deylen Heating and Plumbing
Nov 2012: New furnace from Von Deylen
Summer 2016: Clogged pipe. Tech, Jeremiah gave us a $2000 quote to replace some piping. Steve told him he was wrong and we went with a company in Ottawa. Yep, Jeremiah was wrong, it was just a clog.
December 2016 furnace went out: Called Plumbing and Heating company in Ottawa. They replaced the gas valve. Although, under warranty, we still had to pay for service call and after hours fee, which was about $300.
1/26/19 Furnace goes out again: I decided Von Deylen installed the furnace, they are going to fix it. Of course, just a few days before the -40 wind chill temps that were coming in that following Wednesday. They charged us a service fee and a troubleshooting fee, which was just under $300. We were told it needed a new gas valve and off course they didn't have one. So no heat Sat-Tuesday night. They came out replaced valve but still wasn't running right. So not only was it the gas valve but we also needed a circuit box. The other tech, Jeremiah (Mr. Know-it-all) had to bring the other part down from Toledo. Finally we had heat but we were also told that we needed a collector box. And of course that had to be ordered.
They came back out within a week to put in the new part. Wait for it........they couldn't install new part because the intake pipe was glued and apparently it's not supposed to be. I'm sure you can take a guess at what happened next. Well if not, let me tell you. They had to order a new intake pipe because of course, they didn't have that in stock.
While we're waiting for part to come in, I get a call from Gwen at Von Deylen. She said the president of the company wanted to schedule a time to come to our home and meet with us. I said ABSOLUTELY.
2/18 The Big Day - I was excited. I thought, finally something is going to be done about this furnace. I mean it's not to often that the president of a company requests to meet personally with the customers and at their home. (Well at least never in my experience). He shows on time. We sit down and he goes through the timeline of eveything that has gone wrong. I kept thinking in the back of my mind, he is gonna make this right. Drum roll please.........WRONG! He only came out to try and sell us a new Lennox furnace and central air unit. He basically told us our furnace was a piece off crap and that is why he don't sell them anymore. And of course he stopped selling them around the time they sold us ours. So he knew they were junk then!! He said all the parts are made in China now and blah blah blah. He went on about how he works with Lennox and they have a buyback deal and he only offers this up to three customers per year. So wait, what you're telling me is you sell at least 3 bad furnaces a year? That's just great.
He tells us he is still losing money but wants to make this right. He said Lennox would give us 15% off and he would give 15% off. If we would take the buyback deal, we HAD to buy a new furnace and central air unit, deal was only good for 30 days and we would were required to give back the furnace that we already paid for!! He said this is so Lennox could see the parts in the Goodman furnace and do whatever. Oh and let's not forget how he made made it clear more than once that he loses money each time he has to order a part for our furnace, which is $50. Well, don't sell crappy furnaces and we ate still losing more money. The discount didnt even cover what we paid for the furnace. What a BIG slap in the face.
2/28 Replace collector box and intake pipe day: Mr. Know it all Jeremiah replaced the two parts. Well Steve had to tell him the furnace wasn't kicking on. Then Jeremiah had his excuses, still wouldn't run right but finally it stayed running. They had just got into their van tp leave and it quit running again. Steve had to go out and tell them again. They came back in, did whatever, got it going and left.
Wait for it.......................
3/3 No Furnace Again: Called for someone to come out. Chris came out and cleaned flame sensor. Started running again but of course, within a few hours, furnace has quit working. We told him to order a new flame sensor and thank goodness we did because something told me this wasn't the end of it.
Collin and Chris were great techs to talk to other than that nothing good has come from this company.
Our warranty is up in 2022. By then, we will most likely have had every part in the furnace replaced.

One of the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with. Jen from their office unfortunately doesn't have time to be explaining billing with me... I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars too, they don't have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!!

The owners Jason and Jamie assisted me with this issue and came out to personally resolve this issue. I will definitely deal with them for the longterm going forward, they definitely went above and beyond.

We absolutely love love love Ron! We had a bad contractor come in and remodel our master and main baths. The second contractor was almost as bad as the first however the one bright spot was they brought in an independent plumber (Ron). Ron fixed the hot and cold water lines being switched, a drain that was backing up into our shower and a few other things. When contractor two walked out without finishing the job because we wouldn't make the last payment until the job was done. The same contractor tried to hang Ron out to dry. We called Ron to let him know what was going on and he helped us out. I have had him do a couple of other jobs and would hire him over and over. As a female I don't always trust contractors without my husband around when it comes to quotes. I would trust Ron time and again even without my husband. He was great with our kids and pets too! I would hire Ron hands down before any other plumber.

Called to get an estimate for install. Took them 5 weeks to get out just to give an estimate which they had to reschedule once. When we finally did the walk through I was told I would have an estimate within a few days. 4 days later I got an estimate that was nearly $10k just to install a unit i already have. This is nearly $3k over what I expected. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the estimate, because it had 0 details on what they would do, I was ignored. I reached back out and was ignored again. Clearly they don't want my business so they won't be getting it.

I've hired Rooter Right many times over the years for various plumbing jobs. I had toilets re-sealed and replaced, shower drains repaired, disposals fixed, and faucets installed. They always do great work. The service techs are friendly and know their stuff, and rates are very agreeable. These guys are pros.

We've used ASAP for years. We called them this time after the hot water faucet wouldn't stop dripping. Today Vic and Tony replaced both faucets in our bathroom tub/shower. They were thorough and professional. We are happy to be able to use our shower now without draining our hot water. Thanks ASAP!

Shaun the owner of Mancini Plumbing and Drain is a scam artist so unprofessional. We had an issue with our Sump pump in our basement that had caused a flood. This happened on 9/16/2021. I called Perrysburg plumbing and Heating. They were unable to come help us since they were overbooked. I then Shaun Mancini who has his plumbing company advertised on Next door ( a neighborhood application) for people who live in the Toledo area Ohio. Shaun said oh I will be there in less than one hour. He showed up after 50 minutes. I work from home. I took a few minutes to walk him to our basement where there was water everywhere. I asked him if he could fix the issue, he said OF COURSE. I then went back to my office to continue with my work. After maybe 6 minutes, he came close to my office and yelled: I will be right back, I am going to Home Depot. I just said OK since I was on the phone for work. After maybe only 12 minutes max, I just happened to be in my kitchen for a glass of water, I saw Shaun walking toward my front door holding our old check valve ( pipe). I didn't understand. I said nothing and he went back to the basement. After another 10 minutes he came to my office to inform me that he was done. I then went to the basement with him and he showed me how water was draining because he had replaced a new sump pump that he had gotten from Home Depot. He told me that the sump pump cost was $275. I asked him to show me the receipt. He said he didn't have a receipt because he has a contract with Home Depot and he just gets supplies from Home Depot. He demanded to be paid $550. I told him that was too much. He said $500, I wrote him a check for $500. He gave me an invoice that stated that I paid $ 500 but wrote a 1 year guarantee. Something just made me think that there was something weird about this service. Our home insurance company State Farm then put me in contact with SERVPRO to solve the damage caused by the flood. I contacted SERVPRO. They came in the same day to work on flood damage. I just happened to ask Steve, the leader from SERVPRO to check my sump pump that was replaced in the morning by Shaun Mancini. Steve right away asked me why we have chosen such a cheap sump pump. He showed me the kind of sump pump we need and said that the one we have now is the cheapest one ( not even for $70) and will not last long. He also asked me why our check valve wasn't replaced by Shawn. I didn't know what to say. The next day I called Perrysburg plumbing to get a second opinion. I explained to the person I got on the phone. The Perrysburg plumbing person also agreed with me and is sending someone. I then contacted Shaun and asked him to give me something showing a 5 years guarantee and not 1 year. He replied to me that he was sleeping already and will send me something in the morning. The next day late afternoon, he texted me another invoice showing a 5 year guarantee that he wrote with his own hands. Now I have 2 different invoices. I decided to call him because by then I knew that he just ripped me off. I asked him to give the real price of the sump pump. He gave me a different price this time: $167. I was like OMG!!! It was $275 yesterday and today $167, 1 year guarantee on first invoice and then 5 year guarantee!!! Another incident we had with him one week prior to the sump pump incident. We had purchased a 8' x 7,5' shed from Costco that we needed to assemble. This is how Shaun got in contact with us first. We posted on Next door neighbor that we need someone to help us assemble the shed. He replied yes he could do it in only 2 hours for $200 and gave his direct phone number to call and to schedule. 2 days after he came and my husband was outside all the time helping him. After one hour of not following manual instructions, he suddenly told my husband that he gave up and would rather go do another work where he will make quick money and he left. We had to assemble the shed by ourselves.

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.

THIS IS NOT A LICENSED AND INSURED PLUMBER. He damaged my home and did not fix the damage. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Do not let this convicted felon in your home. You can see his record on OTIS, Michigan's offender directory, offender number #716116. Will be contacting the better business bureau for operating under a false license. Stay away!

If i could give them no stars i would. Owner Al Bell came out gave me an esimate said he could get my drains clear and running. Next week he had a contractor come, Mike, who also brought along his cousin. This man couldn't even find the main drain. After i showed him, he ended up damaging the valve to turn it off. Somehow he increased the price saying i had more damage then first was said. After he left i noticed a pipe was like he tried to seal wit a bag.. He also left major gaps between the fixures. He came back out sealed the pipe and said he had to get so sealant for the fixure. Never came back. Drains are still backing up. Fixture still raggedy. Mr bell said he fired mike however would charge me more to repair what his contractor damaged and didn't repair. Currently in talks with the BBB. Ive added 4 pics of their horrible job
